Application of Multi-Criteria Decision Model for Crisis Management and Planning

Center of gravity of a crisis management system is proper planning. In a scientific and proper planning, important variables that influence the crisis management should be determined and the priorities applied.This process is decision making that must be applied before crises will be occurred. In proactive crisis management approach, decision makers should be designed different scenarios of crisis to be based on proper planning for different stages of the crisis management.Studies and research papers in the field of crisis management and emergency response are shown that very few decision making models were used in crisis management such as drought.As with this approach in this paper, extensive research can be done in this regard.
