Numerical Analysis on the Effects of Wastewater Source-Point Displacement in Pollution Distribution in Musa Estuary

In this paper, by using NASIR1 software the pollution distribution in Musa Estuary is simulated, which has lots of branches and a complicated topography. After introducing the governing equations and a short explanation about the model, the tidal currents in Musa Estuary are modeled and calibrated. In the next step, by inserting pollution source points into the modeling environment, the state of pollution diffusion is analyzed. Finally, by source point displacement, the distribution is compared with the previous condition.
