These technologies are dependent to cultural and social factors of the society, and therefore are strictly dependent to environmental elements. The society who employs technologies, will gain great opportunities and can obtain potential advantages.The point that must be noticed, while exploiting technologies, is the technology life cycle that discusses its effectiveness. Today, for increasing the effectiveness of technologies, we are obliged to manage them.
