Prediction of Mental Health through Considering Organizational Justice and Quality of Work Life

Abstract:
Aim
The research purpose is to evaluate the relationship between organizational justice quality of work life and mental health amongst the staff of Hafez Tile and Ceramic Factory in Zarghan Province.
Method
The tools administered in this correlation study were, Quality of Work Life Questionnaire by Ghasem Zadeh, Organizational Justice Questionnaire designed and developed by Niehoff & Moorman and Goldberg And Hiller Questionnaire For Mental Health and our sample comprised 200 individuals who were selected using stratified sampling.
Results
The data which were analyzed using correlation coefficient revealed that quality of work life is significantly correlated to organizational justice and mental health. Moreover, the results of the stepwise regression revealed that, the predictor variables for mental health in Hafez factory are as following: work commitment, procedural justice, work- life balance, financial and welfare issues, job security, human relations in the workplace and the interactional justice.
