Investigating Relationship between Technical and Vocational Education and its Efficacy in Careers of Male Apprentices Arak City

If the technical and vocational training gain necessary support, attention and funding can play a significant role in becoming active population to a technical and efficient population. The purpose of research was investigating relationship between technical and vocational education and its efficacy in careers of male apprentices Arak. In the theoretical framework were used Durkheim's view, Taylor and Patton. Research methods were survey-documentary, a questionnaire was used for gathering data and sampling method was random. For data analysis were used T and Pearson tests. The results showed that the training courses were useful in employment and trainees skills. But in order to align with the needs to programs and courses it is necessary was applied more consideration thus can expect the employment and careers was done with more security for visitors.
