  • قرآن، گستره معانی و رابطه آن با جاودانگی

    پاسخگویی قرآن به نیازه های روز و اعتقاد به جاودانگی و ابدیت آن از باورهای مسلمانان است. این باور، اندیشمندان مسلمان را بر آن داشته تا درباره مسئله «چگونگی پاسخگویی قرآن در گستره زمان ها و جاودانگی آن» بحث کنند و پاسخ های مطلوب و عقل پسندی ارائه دهند. این بررسی ها به نتایج و نکات ارزشمندی منتهی شده است، به یقین یکی از نکات مهم، مسئله گستره معانی آیات قرآنی است که می تواند پاسخگوی این نیازها باشد و در روایات نیز بر آن تاکید شده است. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی این مسئله در روایات است که با عنوان ظاهر و باطن مطرح شده است.

  • چالش های فراوری و ترجمه قرآن در عصر جهانی شدن

    این روزها دغدغه و اضطراب جهانی شدن، مشغله ذهنی بسیاری از متفکران عرصه سیاست، اقتصاد و غیره را تشکیل می دهد و همه به نوعی از دید خود به این مقوله پرداخته و آن را رد یا قبوا می کنند و آنچه در این مقوله به فراموشی سپرده شده و یا حداقل کمتر توجه شده است، توجه به نقش ترجمه های قرآن کریم و جایگاه آن در این زمینه است. این پژوهش می کوشد تا ضمن اراده معنای مورد نظر از مغهوم جهانی شدن، اصول، ویژگی ها، نتایج و پیامدهای آن، ساز و کارهای تحقق طرح جهانی سازی فرهنگ قرآن و آسیب های جهانی شدن دین را بررسی کند و سپس چالش های فرهنگ قرآنی در عصر جهانی شدن را بیان کند. این مقاله «قرآن» و «جهانی شدن» را ملازم هم دانسته و بیان می کند قرآن کریم وحی نامه الهی است که برای هدایت نظری و علمی انسان در همه عصرهای آمده است.

  • کشف الاسرار آیینه بلاغت قرآن

    یکی از وجوه برجسته قرآن کریم، فصاحت و بلاغت آن است؛ یعنی سخن رسا و مقتضی حال، شیوا و روشن، که سخن خدا نمونه بی مثال آن می باشد. عرب از دیرباز با آزمون های گوناگون ارزش اعجاز این نامه آسمانی را درک کرده اند و مسلمانان برای نشان دادن شگفت آفرینی آن کتابهای فراوانی نوشته اند. رشیدالدین میبدی در تفسیر کشف الاسرار، جلوه هایی از اعجاز بلاغی و زیبایی های کلامی قرآن را شرح داده است. انواع شگردهای فصاحت، علم معانی و بیان (شاخه های بلاغت) به کار رفته در کلام الله در تفسیر مذکور بحث و بررسی شده است. بنابر این کشف الاسرار و عده الابرار میبدی- علاوه بر اعتبار تفسیری- مرجعی در نشان دادن رسایی قرآن و به عبارتی آیینه بلاغت قرآن می باشد. این مقاله حاصل مطالعه و بررسی مباحث بلاغی قرآن در ده جلد موجود کشف الاسرار است که نکات مهم بلاغی قرآن را از دیدگاه نویسنده آن تفسیر بزرگ به عنوان شواهد و مستندات نشان می دهد.

  • متشابه و محکم و راسخان در علم از دیدگاه امام علی (ع)

    بحث مهم و متشابه از مهمترین مباحث علوم قرآنی است که در طول تاریخ بسیار مورد نزاع و اختلاف دانشمندان اسلامی و مفسران بنام قرار گرفته است؛ تا آن حد که نزدیک به بیست نظر درباره مفهموم و مصداق محکم و متشابه قرآنی و جایگاه راسخان در علم نسبت به فهم محکم و متشابه ارائه شده است که برخی از این نظرات قابل نقد و برخی دیگر نزدیک به هم یا مثل هم هستند.
    در این مقاله ضمن اشاره کوتاهی به پیشینه این بحث و آوردن نظرات دانشمندان اسلامی، به بررسی دیدگاه امام علی، علیه السلام، درباره محکم و متشابه پرداخته شده است.

  • نقدی بر مستثنیات ربا و مفاهیم آن در قرآن

    ربا به عنوان یک پدیده مخرب اقتصادی جامعه از بدو تشریع اسلام مورد توجه و نهی شارع قرار داشته استبه طوری که از لحن خطابات شارع بر حرمت آن می توان به عمق مفسده آن و انزجار شارع مقدس از آن پی برد، خصوصا بعد از آنکه ما معتقدیم احکام در اسلام تابع مصالح و مفاسد حاصل از آنها می باشد. اما با تمام تاکیداتی که اسلام بر حرمت این پدیده فاسد اقتصادی داشته، مشهور فقها معتقدند استثنائاتی هم برای آن قائل شده است، که عبارت است از عدم حرمت ربای پدر از فرزند و مسلمانان و شوهر از همسر خود. فقها نیز در اثبات این مستثنیات ادله ای را ذکر کرده اند که به تفسیر در کتب فقهی آمده است. ولی به نظر می رسد این ادله در اثبات علیت مستثنیات کافی نباشد این مقاله نقدی است بر ادله فقها بر جواز مستثنیات ربا که ارائه می شود.

  • مواد پروتئینی در قرآن و حدیث

    قرآن کردیم در خصوص بعد جسمانی انسان که جایگاه و میزبان روح مقدسی است و از جانب خالق یکتا در این کالبد جسمانی دیده شده است، اهتمام ویژه ای دارد. به طوری که در بیش از 300 آیه به طور مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم موضوع غذا و تغذیه مطرح شده است. زیرا بی تردید لازمه رسیدن به کمال انسانی بهرهمندی از سلامت تن و روان است که نوع غذا و روش تغذیه نقش اساسی در تحقق آن ایفا می کند. چنانچه پیامبر اسلام (ص) منشا بروز و ظهور هر گونه بیماری را مربوط به آن دانسته و معده را خانه هر بیماری و امساک در پرخوری را بهترین درمان دانسته اند و به طور کلی ایات و روایات فراوانی درباره تاثیر تغذیه و چگونگی استفاده از این مواد، آداب غذا خوردن و میزان آن بر سلامت جسم و روح انسان وجود دارد که با استفاده از آنها می توان تا حد زیادی از امراض جسمی و روحی و حتی اخلاقی جلوگیری کرد.

  • مطهرات از دیدگاه ائمه و قرآن در فقه امام جعفر صادق(ع)

    به طور کلی معنا و مفهوم کفر در اصطلاح قرآن و حدیث چندان تفاوتی ندارد. براین اساس، می توان مجموعه معانی واژه کفر را که در احادیث کتاب شریف بحار انوار و در بیش از پنج هزار مورد، با شکل ها و صیغه های گوناگون به کار رفته شده را در پنج گروه دسته بندی کرد: 1. انکار یگانگی خداوند یا برخی صفات او یا شک در آنها 2. انکار نبوت عامه یا خاصه 3. انکار معاد یا برخی خصوصیات آن 4. انکار امامت 5. ارتکاب معصیت. هرچند در این تحقیق تنها اهل کتاب مورد نظر می باشند، اما از آنجا که فقی هان شیعی از کافر بنام یکی از نجاست نام برده و اهل کتاب و مشرکان مشمول این عنوان هستند، لذا آشنایی با مفهوم «کفر» به ویژه در فرهنگ و حدیث، از ضروریات مقاله حاضر است تا حدود قلمرو موضوع تحقیق روشن شود.

  • بازشناسی الگوی صحیح مصرف در قرآن و حدیث

    آبادانی و پیشرفت، یکی از آرمانهای والای جوامع بشری است. ارائه الگوی مطلوب برای تحقق ایده فوق از ضرورت های اجتنای ناپذیری است که در تمامی مکتب های بشری و الهی بالاخص دین مقدس اسلام به آن پرداخته شده است. پرداختن به این موضوع، از نگاه دین، بالاخص قرآن کریم و حدیث معصومین (ع) وظیفه اندیشمندان مشفقی است که از منظر دین به پدیده های سیاسی و اجتماعی می پردازند، لذا این مقاله در پی آن است که با ارائه تعریف الگوی مصرف، مبانی نظری اصلاح الگوی مصرف را به عنوان پیش درآمد ارائه الگوی آرمانی مصرف صحیح، به رشته تحریر در آورد و با بررسی آیات قرآن کریم و احادیث معصومین (ع)، مهمترین علل و عوامل بازدارنده این اقدام سترگ را تحلیل و در پایان آثار پر برکت و اثربخش اصلاح الگوی مصرف را به خواننده عرضه کند.

  • عوامل و زمینه های ناپوشیدگی زنان در اندیشه اسلامی

    این نوشتار در صدد بررسی«عوامل و زمینه های ناپوشیدگی زنان در اندیشه اسلامی» است که به عامل درونی و شخصیتی همانند بی هویتی و بی هدفی در زندگی، عزت نفس پایین و احساس کهتری، کمبود عاطفی و یاس از آینده و عامل بیرونی و اجتماعی مانند حقوق محوری، عدم پایبندی خانواده ها به ارزش های دینی، آشفتگی و نابسامانی خانواده و بیکاری... می پردازد. اگر در روابط اجتماعی، معیارهای اخلاقی و عقلانی در پوشش و ارتباط با نامحرم رعایت نشود، امنیت جامعه به طور جدی در معرض خطر قرار خواهد گرفت. مقاله حاضر به عوامل روانی و شخصیتی و همچنین عوامل اجتماعی تاثیرگذار بر رفتار زنان می پردازد. این تحقیق با روش کتابخانه ای و استفاده از قرآن کریم و روایات معصومان (ع)، در پی پاسخ گویی به پرسش های موجود در این تحقیق است.

  • ریخت شناسی داستان حضرت سلیمان (ع) در قرآن

    یکی از ره آوردهای ادبی قرآن ابتکار و آفرینش داستان های هنری واقعی است. خداوند متعال با اسلوبی متین و مستحکم عناصر داستانی رخدادها را به نمایش می کشد. از جمله داستان هایی که در آیات شریفه به تصویر کشیده شده داستان حضرت سلیمان است. از آنجا که داستان امرزه اهمیت دارد، داستان حضرت سلیمان هم به عنوان یکی از زیباترین داستان های قرآن رویکرد تفسیری ادبی و هنری جدید می طلبد. آنچه در مورد سلیمان نبی در قرآن ترسیم شده مجموعه داستان کوتاه پیرامون مورچه، اسبان، اطلاع رسانی هدهد، ایمان آوردن ملکه سبا و... می باشد. این داستان ها به دلیل حضور شخصیت های غیر بشری چون جن، هدهد، مورچه و باد و نیز تسخیر آنها در خدمت پیامبر پادشاه همچنین دانستن زبان پرندگان تفاوت بارزی با سایر داستان ها دارد. هریک از این عناصر- آنچنان که مستلزم شیوه یگانه قرآن است، در محور شکر و اخلاص نمود یافته و شگفت انگیزی پدیده ها را متجلی می کند.

  • ارتباط انسان ها در عالم آخرت از منظر قرآن

    بنا بر نظریه غالب (نظریه ملاصدرا) در تبیین معاد جسمانی، انواع نعمت ها و عذاب های اخروی و هر آنچه در عالم آخرت برای انسان اتفاق می افتد، در قلمرو مثال متصل محقق می شود و امور خارج از نفس بوده و مخلوق قوه خیال اوست. نخستین پیامد چنین نظریه ای شخصی بودن معاد است و حال آنکه آیات بسیاری از قرآن کریم ناظر بر وجود ارتباطات جمعی گوناگون (رابطه شهادت، شفاعت، تصرف، پرس و جو، مجالست و محبت، اشراف، مناداه، مخاصمه، مجادله و استهزاء) در بین انسان ها با یکدیگر (بهشتیان با یکدیگر و دوزخیان و کفار با یکدیگر) می باشد که این امر با شخصی بودن معاد در قلمرو مثال متصل سر سازگاری ندارد. لذا با توجه به آیات بیان شده حداکثر می توان نظریه ملاصدرا در تبیین معاد جسمانی را در قلمرو مقال منفصل پذیرفت.

  • The Kashf-ol Asrar a reflection of the Qoran's eloquence

    One of the prominent aspects of the Qoran is its eloquence and to be God's word is its unique sample .Since a long time ago Arabs have realized the value of this heavenly miracle by being tested in different fields and Muslims have written many books to show its wonders. Rashid-e Din Meibodi has explained some of the Qoran's manifestations and several knacks of eloquence, semantics, applied in the Qoran have been discussed in the above commentary. Therefore Kashf-ol Asrar and Oddat-ol Abrar are good sources to show the eloquence of the Qoran .This article is the result of studying rhetorical subjects of the Qoran in ten volumes in Kashf-ol Asrar which shows the important rhetorical points of the Qoran as evidence from the view point of its writer.

  • Criticizing the exceptions for usury

    Usury is an economical destructive phenomenon in the society since the beginning of Islam and has been taken into consideration and also prohibited by the legislator. We can understand the depth of its corruption and the legislator's disgust by considering his sermon, especially regarding the fact that we believe all religious percepts in Islam are dependent on their interests and corruptions. Despite the emphasis of Islam on giving regard to this phenomenon, most jurists have considered some exceptions for it. They have offered some proofs to demonstrate the exceptions .But it seems that these proofs are not enough to demonstrate them. This article criticizes the jurist's proofs about the lawfulness of the exceptions for usury.

So that there are more than 300 verses about food and nutrition, directly or indirectly. Because to be physically and mentally healthy is undoubtedly essential to achieve human perfection and the kind offood and nutrition has the main role to fulfill this. The prophet ofIslam (p .f. h) considers the stomach as the source of any diseases and blames food and nutrition for any diseases .He considers being thrifty in eating as the best cure. In general there are many verses and traditions about this subject that we can prevent physical. mental and moral diseases by using them .

The exalted God demonstrates all events and characters in a firm style .One of the stories portrayed in the holy verses is the story ofthe eminence Soleyman(p. f.h). Since the story has the great importance today, this story as one of the most beautiful stories in the Qoran requires a new literary and artistic commentary. Whatever portrayed in the Qoran includes some short stories about ants, horses, informative hoopoe, queen Saba's belief in God, and some inhuman characters such as j inni, hoopoe, ant, wind, and capturing them to be at the service of the prophet and also knowing the language of birds .Each of these elements has been appeared by centering gratitude and sincerity.
