Today, organizations and projects managers perceive the changes of world. Hence, they distanced away the traditional organization management and oriented toward the application of novel management principles using the promotion patterns in organization. Accordingly, in present research, the health culture promotion pattern, safety and environment in project-based organizations are studied using EFQM in a contracting firm. The methodology in this research is descriptive-correlative. In addition, the library research was used to collect the information about foreign and local literatures. The population includes 400 experts and practitioners in health, safety and environment related occupations among with 118 subjects were selected as the sample size using Cochran's formula. Moreover, using the SPSS and LISREL, the data was inferentially and descriptively analyzed. The results implied that applying the organization promotion model is effective on health, safety and environment promotion in project-based organizations.

The human and gender identity of women is one of the important foundations in the field of women's studies. There are different perspectives in this regard, in which the identity of femininity and masculinity are analyzed and analyzed on the margins of different philosophies and approaches. In this article, we are going to answer the following question: Is it from the perspective of Islamic wisdom gender is real or a social construction phenomenon or a combination of both? To answer this question, we examined and compared the different perspectives and we used the method of rational analysis, and it was concluded that gender did not develop completely and completely. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to examine that the advancement of science and technology is threatening the future of the Islamic world and Iran and is a threat to human and society. Therefore, in this article consider, the importance of science, knowledge and its position from the point of view of Islam and the Quran, harm and threats, on the path of scientific progress of Iran and the Islamic world, the danger of the progress of science and knowledge for man and society, learning and learning from the point of view of Islam, Deserves and makes progress . Nowadays, fuzzy graph coloring is one of the most widely used topics in real problems. Here is an algorithm for the calculation of the chromatic number of a fuzzy graph. The method of calculating the color number of the fuzzy graphs, obtained through various operations such as union and join, is presented. A solution to the routing problem is also suggested by using fuzzy graph coloring.

Cloud computing in relation to your software is still in its infancy. When resources are not in use, the total cost of going to the cloud is almost zero. So it's no surprise that scientific and industry research is moving toward cloud computing. When it comes to distributed systems and multi-agent applications in cloud computing networks, security issues are a must-have requirement. In order to avoid these concerns, intrusion detection systems as well as a series of security frameworks have been introduced. In this research, we try to study the methods presented intelligently, intrusion detection systems and proposed frameworks in the cloud computing network.

Temperature measurement is one of the novel methods for estimating seepage in earth dams. Unlike traditional methods, this method can detect time-dependent processes such as erosion and small changes in seepage. In order to obtain seepage and thermal discharge from the body of earth dam, numerical simulation is used by SEEP/W and TEMP/W software, based on the finite element method. The results of this study showed that with increasing upstream water load of the dam, the seepage discharge from the body of the dam is increasingly linearized (Y = 4E-7X -3E-6). Also, with increasing upstream water temperature of the dam, the thermal discharge of the dam body is increased linearly (Y = 0.108X + 9E-6). The transfer of temperature from the earth dam body is carried out from the upstream to downstream of the earth dam. In the case of a low reservoir water level, the amount of seepage from the body of the dam will decrease, and hence the amount of heat transfer will be reduced. If the seepage discharge is greater than the earth dam body, then the heat transfer from the earth dam body will also reach its maximum. However, the amount of the heat transfer depends on another factor, i. e. the difference in the water temperature upstream and downstream of the dam (seasonal variation). As an example, the heat transfer from the earth dam body in September of the second year compared to September of the first year has increased by 10.43% (the highest amount of heat transfer). Also, the heat transfer from the earth dam body is approximately a sinusoidal diagram, with a maximum point of 45.55% as its minimum point.

Introduction and objective:

Aspergillus refers to a genus of fungi which has been widely used in industry. Some of the species of this genus can contaminate agricultural crops such as pistachio and corn. In addition to destructive impacts on quality of the agricultural crops, they can result in poisoning and carcinogenity in living creatures including human. Rhizopus belongs to the family of opportunistic fungi and is categorized in zygomycetes branch; this fungus is also known as black bread mold. The vegetative mycelium of this fungus has a structure called sporangiophore. At the end of the sporangiophore, there is a dome-shaped body called columella. Vesicles are situated around the columella and are called sporangium. Inside the sporangium high numbers of sporia sporangio spores can be found. The aim of this study is to extract DNA of lipase-producing oryzae species from natural resources.

the samples were cultured on PDA. For enzyme production, mineral culture medium was used for solid state fermentation. The impact of carbon source, initial pH and incubation temperature on enzyme production was also addressed. After preparing spore suspension, solid state fermentation was carried out. most of Rhizopus oryzae genus species have high lipase activity and can produce lipase enzyme. Regarding abundance of this fungus in the country, it can be used as a significant genus in biotechnological and industrial activities. Based on present screening, the majority of local species can produce lipase. Rhizopus delemar strain BVKT R1and 8 Rhizopus oryzae isolate FPZSP368 have high lipase activity and can be regarded as promising isolates for production of this enzyme in large scales.

Scientific investigations indicate that the technology expansions and the increases in the uses of additives, pesticides, antibiotics and hormones in the production of foodstuff in the developing countries have been accompanied by adverse and undeniable effects on the humans’ health during the recent decades. The present study aims at investigating the variables influencing the application of nonchemical pest control methods in cucumber greenhouses in a case study of the conservatories in Pishva County. The study population included all the Pishva County greenhouse owners who had been solely raising cucumber in 2016 reaching in number to 87 greenhouse owners. According to the limited number of the study population, they were all selected as the study sample volume based on a census sampling method; out of the study population, 83 individuals were at hand. The study instrument was a questionnaire the validity of which was confirmed through inquiring ideas from the university professors and its reliability was also verified based on Cronbach’s alpha coefficient within a 79% to 86% range. The results obtained for the collective effectiveness of the independent variables on the dependent variable through taking advantage of multiple regression tests signify that such variables as economical, informational and cognitive and promotional barriers have contributed to greenhouse owners’ lack of interest in making use of nonchemical pest control and plant disease management strategies.
