    The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management system on the decision-making power of managers and commanders of Nezaja. This article, after an overview of the non-variable research background regarding the effect of knowledge management system on the decision-making power of Nazaja commanders, has identified them and prepared them in the form of a standard questionnaire. After identifying the statistical population, the questionnaire was given to a group of Nezaja experts and military experts, and after completion and aggregation, it was reviewed and analyzed. The results showed Knowledge management system has a very high contribution in facilitating exchange, improving search and optimal use of information, increasing accuracy, speed and efficiency. The use of knowledge management system is also very effective in institutionalizing and targeting decisions in Nezaja. Lack of "knowledge centers" as a central component of the knowledge management system and also the lack of strategy to manage and transfer knowledge is one of the needs of Nezaja.

    The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is one of the most widely accepted IT service management frameworks, describing behavioral practices in IT service management, from strategy development to continuous service improvement. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the indicators of successful implementation of the ICT library in defense and military organizations. Therefore, the present study is from the group of applied research that has been done in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) method. For this purpose, in a qualitative step by reviewing documents, books and scientific articles, effective indicators in the implementation of ITIL They were identified in defense and military organizations and validated and qualified with the help of experts and Delphi method. Then, in a quantitative phase, the selected indicators were compared and prioritized using the Fuzzy ANP process. Applying this approach causes the dependence of the networks of indicators on each other as well as the hidden uncertainty in the mental judgments of experts in the research process.

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of managers' motivation and organizational health. Motivation of managers has seven dimensions of powerful personality, playing competitive games, creating competitive situations, playing a positive role, imposing demands, being different from the group and performing routine administrative tasks, and organizational health has the dimensions of institutional unity, manager influence, consideration , Construction, resource support, morale and scientific emphasis. By distributing standard questionnaires and collecting data, first the model was fitted and then the hypotheses based on Pearson correlation coefficient were tested. Results at confidence level 99 Percentage indicates a positive and strong relationship between managers' motivation and its dimensions with organizational health, in other words, with increasing managerial motivation, the organization will be healthier.

    In this research, the library method has been used to collect data to compile the research literature and also the field method has been used to analyze the questions. The statistical population includes all military personnel of one of the military units, the number of which is about 16 thousand people, of which 375 people have been selected as a sample of stratified random sampling method using Cochran's volume formula. The data collection tool in the present study is a standard questionnaire that the face validity of the questionnaire was determined and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed according to Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 08887 and in order to analyze and Data analysis and testing of hypotheses and drawing tables and graphs and to determine the effect of variables in research and data analysis to reject or confirm any of the research hypotheses, Pearson correlation test and path analysis using SPSS and LISREL software Took. The results showed that social capital has an effect on the implementation of the pillars of the resistance economy in military organizations by considering the mediating role of the jihadi management approach. Finally, practical suggestions were presented.

    The statistical population of this study is 213 employees of AJA universities. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The research model was evaluated with a sample of 137 employees using a simple random sampling method. The independent variables of research are empowerment, teamwork and staff training and the dependent variable of research is organizational commitment. The necessary information for the present study was collected using a standard questionnaire and for initial analysis of data from SPSS and to test model hypotheses, from equation modeling. Structural (SEM) was used. The results show that teamwork, empowerment and staff training affect organizational commitment in one of AJA universities. Staff training has the greatest impact on organizational commitment, and teamwork and empowerment are next. Also, according to the obtained t-values, it has been shown that the variables have a good level of significance. In accordance with the obtained results, practical suggestions are presented.

    In this study, the collected data were analyzed using qualitative analysis method and the data obtained from the questionnaire were quantified using mean, standard deviation and one-sample t-test with Spss software. The results of t-test of components for improving the planning of field exercises of Nezaja Ranger Battalions showed that the planning rate of field exercises of Nezaja Ranger Battalions is 4838 with an average of 4. It was determined based on t-test that all components studied in planning promotion Field training of Nezaja Ranger Battalions is significant at 959 confidence level. Also, the results of Friedman test show that the components of planning and distribution of plans and training planning are the most important components of how to improve the field training planning of the commando battalions of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

    Objective

    The aim of this study was to develop a family resilience education package and evaluate its effectiveness on life satisfaction and marital satisfaction of families.

    Method

    The research was quasi-experimental with two pre-test and post-test designs with control group and one-group design with repeated measures. Using random sampling method, the study population includes 500 military families to select experimental and control groups and 34 military families to determine the effectiveness of training interventions that were selected through purposive sampling methods. Also, to evaluate the research variables of life satisfaction and marital satisfaction questionnaires in pre-test, post-test were used. they got.

    Results

    The data were analyzed using analysis of covariance at a significant level (P /0 0801) and showed that the variability of life satisfaction in parents who were trained in the program to believe, from parents under this They were not trained, it was more. But there was no difference between the marital satisfaction of the control and experimental groups.

    Conclusion

    The results of this study showed that there is a significant difference in life satisfaction between the two groups designated as experimental and control groups in this study, after the implementation of the educational package and psychological interventions. This difference can be Affected by the educational interventions performed and the participation of the members of the experimental group in the family resilience training package.
