در حال حاضر، تدریس به شیوه یادگیری ترکیبی در بین کالج های آموزش پزشکی در سراسر جهان رو به پیشرفت است و مزایای متعدد آن از جمله عدم الزام به حضور فیزیکی در تمام جلسات درسی، منجر به محبوبیت این شیوه آموزشی در بزرگسالان شاغل شده است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب دانشجویان ناپیوسته اتاق عمل از تدریس به روش یادگیری ترکیبی انجام شد.
روش کاراین پژوهش کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا در نیمسال اول تحصیلی سال 98 انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته در طی 15 مصاحبه از دانشجویان ناپیوسته اتاق عمل بدست آمد. سپس داده ها به روش آنالیز محتوی و با کمک نرم افزار MaxQDA2 تحلیل شد.
نتایجداده ها در 3 طبقه اصلی «چالش ها» با زیر طبقات؛ انتخاب محتوی درسی مناسب و شبکه اجتماعی مطمین، طبقه «تمهیدات مرتبط با اجرای برنامه توسط اساتید» با زیر طبقات؛ توانمندی اساتید در تدریس و با انگیزه بودن و طبقه «آورده ها» با زیر طبقات؛ رشد فردی چند جانبه و تعامل و افزایش اعتماد به نفس دسته بندی شد.
نتیجه گیریبا توجه به نتایج پژوهش، بکارگیری این شیوه تدریس مشروط به رعایت ملاحظاتی از جمله بستر اینترنتی مناسب، وجود اساتیدی با انگیزه و توانمند، انتخاب محتوای مناسب می تواند منجر به رضایتمندی دانشجویان بزرگسال و شاغل در مراکز درمانی گردد و موجبات رشد فردی چند جانبه و تعامل بیشتر آنها در کلاس های درسی را فراهم نماید.

امروزه صاحب نظران معتقدند که سرمایه انسانی، به دلیل کمیابی، ارزشمندی، جانشین ناپذیری و تقلید ناپذیری به منظور دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار، حیاتی است و مهم ترین نقش را در افزایش یا کاهش بهره وری سازمان ایفا می کند از این رو پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی تاثیر بلوغ سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری کارکنان دانشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر بیرجنداست
روش کارپژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع آوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان دانشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر بیرجند و غیر هیات علمی می باشد که از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، با توجه به جدول مورگان 90 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید که جهت تحلیل آن ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای Spss وPLS استفاده شده است
نتایجنتایج نشان می دهد که در بین مولفه های متغیر مستقل بلوغ سرمایه انسانی ، محرک های ظرفیت یادگیری با میانگین3.41، دسترسی به دانش با میانگین 3.38، مشارکت کارکنان با میانگین 3.20، بهینه سازی نیروی کار با میانگین 3.16 و شیوه اعمال رهبری با میانگین 2.48 به ترتیب رده اول تا پنجم را داشته اند. میزان آلفای کرونباخ گویه های بلوغ سرمایه های انسانی برابر با 4/75و گویه های بهره وری برابر 6/81 بدست آمده است.از بین مولفه های بلوغ سرمایه انسانی اقدامات رهبری، درگیری کارکنان، دسترسی به دانش، بهینه سازی سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری کارکنان دانشی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد وفرضیه تاثیر ظرفیت یادگیری بر بهره وری کارکنان دانشی رد شد
نتیجه گیریمولفه های بلوغ سرمایه انسانی در پیش بینی بهره وری کارکنان دانشی تاثیر گذار است

صفحات 24-36مقدمهدانشجویان مامایی می توانند نقش مهمی در ارتقا سلامت دهان و دندان مادران و نوزادان و پیشگیری از پوسیدگی زودهنگام دوران کودکی ایفا کنند. هدف مطالعه بررسی دانش گروهی از دانشجویان رشته ی مامایی در رابطه با پوسیدگی های زودرس دوران کودکی بود.روش کاردر این مطالعه مقطعی، تمام دانشجویان دو سال آخر رشته مامایی (165 دانشجو) در بهار 1399 در کرمان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نمونه گیری بصورت سرشماری انجام شد پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته، 21 سوال داشت (11 سوال در خصوص اتیولوژی پوسیدگی زود هنگام و 10 سوال در مورد پیشگیری از این پوسیدگیها). برای نمره دهی، به پاسخ درست نمره 1 و به گزینه های غلط نمره ی 0 داده شد. دانشجویان در بخش اتیولوژی از 0 تا 11 و در بخش پیشگیری از 0 تا 10 نمره گرفتند. دامنه ی نمره ی کل پرسشنامه از 0 تا 21 بود. جهت تعیین سطح آگاهی در بخش اتیولوژی به نمرات 0 تا 5.5 عنوان آگاهی ضعیف، نمرات 5.5 تا 8.25 آگاهی متوسط و نمرات 8.25 تا 11، آگاهی خوب، در بخش پیشگیری به نمرات 0 تا 5 عنوان آگاهی ضعیف، نمرات 5 تا 7.5 آگاهی متوسط و نمرات 7.5 تا 10، آگاهی خوب اطلاق شد. در کل پرسشنامه نیز برای نمرات از 0 تا 10.5 توصیف ضعیف، نمرات 10.5 تا 15.75 توصیف متوسط و نمرات 15.75 تا 21 توصیف خوب اطلاق شد. آنالیز داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS 21 و آزمون T مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام و سطح معنی داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.نتایجمیانگین نمرات، در حیطه های اتیولوژی، پیشگیری، و کل به ترتیب برابر با 74/1± 58/5، 92/1± 27/5 و 19/3± 86/10 بود و متوسط بود. ارتباط بین دو حیطه، معنی دار و مثبت بود (0001/0=P).نتیجه گیریآگاهی دانشجویان در زمینه پوسیدگی های زود هنگام دوران کودکی متوسط بوده و احتمالا نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان برای انجام نقش خود در ارتقای سلامت دندانهای کودکان کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، لذا بهتر است در دروسشان درسی تحت عنوان"پوسیدگی های زودهنگام دوران کودکی" گنجانده شود.کلیدواژگان: پوسیدگی دندان، مامایی، دانشجو، دانش

صفحات 37-47مقدمهعلاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی و برخورداری از کیفیت آموزش بالینی مطلوب عملکرد شغلی مناسبت تری را در پی خواهد داشت. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط کیفیت آموزش بالینی با علاقه مندی دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی خود دردانشکده های توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان و دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی بود.روش کارمطالعه مقطعی حاضر با مشارکت(306) دانشجوی رشته های فیزیوتراپی، کاردرمانی، ارتوپدی فنی، گفتار درمانی و شنوایی سنجی در دو دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان و دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی تهران انجام شد. جمع آوری داده ها به صورت خوداظهاری با استفاده از پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک، علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی(713/0 α =)، و کیفیت آموزش بالینی(930/0 α =) انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از SPSS-23 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.نتایجمیانگین سنی دانشجویان مورد مطالعه )09/1 ±83/21 (سال ، (177) نفرزن (6/59 درصد) و (120) نفرمرد(4/40درصد) بودند.میانگین کیفیت آموزش بالینی در دانشگاه همدان(98/11± 92/52 (و در دانشگاه علوم یهزیستی تهران(48/11± 99/53) بود و تفاوت معناداری نداشت(05/0≤(pو بالاترین زیر شاخه تاثیر گذار در کیفیت آموزش بالینی،حیطه محیط آموزشی (20/3± 66/11) بود . علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی با اهداف و برنامه آموزشی، برخورد با دانشجو، نظارت و ارزشیابی ارتباط معنی دار و منفی داشت (01/0≥p).نتیجه گیریسطح کیفیت آموزش بالینی در هر دو دانشکده متوسط و مطلوب ارزیابی شد با توجه به ارتباط منفی حیطه های کیفیت آموزش بالینی و علاقه به رشته تحصیلی ، بررسی بیشتر و توجه به بازنگری در آموزش بالینی توصیه می شود.کلیدواژگان: آموزش بالینی، دانشجو، توانبخشی، آموزش

. رضایت تحصیلی طیف وسیعی از جنبه های زندگی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی را در بر می گیرد که تحقق برخی یا همه جنبه ها می تواند بر بهبود فرایند آموزش و ارتقای سطح کیفیت اموزش تاثیرگذار باشد. یکی از این جنبه ها ، تیپ شخصیتی است که ممکن است زمینه ساز رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی باشد. ما نیز در این مطالعه به بررسی ارتباط تیپ شخصیتی با رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی شهر زاهدان پرداختیم.
روش کاردر این مطالعه ی مقطعی، 135 دانشجوی دندانپزشکی پیوسته مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان به صورت حضوری شرکت نمودند. پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات زمینه ای دانشجویان، پرسشنامه ی رضایت تحصیلی JDI و پرسشنامه ی تیپ های شخصیتی MBTI بود که از در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت. میانگین نمره ی تیپ های شخصیتی و رضایت تحصیلی توسط نرم افزار SPSS.22 در سطوح مختلف متغیرهای زمینه ای مقایسه شد.
نتایجدر مطالعه ی حاضر شایع ترین تیپ های شخصیتی ESTJ , ISTJ , ENTJ , INTJ بودند. میزان رضایت کلی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دختر 179.09 و در دانشجویان پسر 164.95 و به طور معنی داری رضایت دختران بیشتر از پسران بود (P=0.007)..
نتیجه گیریبه نظر می رسد دندانپزشکان با تیپ های شخصیتی ENTP, ESTJ, ISTJ, ISTP, ENFJ، قابلیت بیشتری در یادگیری و مقابله با استرس هایی که روزانه در رشته ی دندانپزشکی به وجود می آید را داشته باشند و در نتیجه رضایت تحصیلی بیشتری را تجربه کنند.

به دنبال پاندمی کووید 19 در اوایل سال 2020 و لزوم رعایت فاصله گذاری اجتماعی، آموزش دانش آموزان و دانشجویان در سطوح مختلف دچار اختلال شد. موسسات آموزشی و دانشگاه ها برای جبران این نقصان از روش های مختلف استفاده کردند که در این میان آموزش الکترونیکی از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار شد.
روش کارما در بیمارستان فوق تخصصی اکبر مشهد از نیمه اسفند ماه 1398 تا انتهای اردیبهشت ماه 1399 یک استودیو مجازی ایجاد نموده که اساتید محترم گروه اطفال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد دروس تعیین شده جهت کارآموزان و کاروزان و دستیاران را در این استودیو ضبط نمودند. برنامه Healthstudio که قابلیت های متعددی از جمله ویرایش فیلم به منظور بهبود بخشیدن به کیفیت فیلم های ضبط شده با آن برای ما فراهم بود را راه اندازی نمودیم.
نتایجیک استودیو به عنوان فضایی جهت ضبط به صورت مجازی تجهیز شد که در آن 50 جلسه آموزشی در قالب لینک برای مقطع کارآموزی و 27 جلسه آموزشی برای مقطع کارورزی و 5 جلسه آموزشی برای دستیاران تهیه گردید. لینک ها پس از آماده سازی در سامانه نوید (نرم افزار ویزه یادگیری دانشگاهی) نیز بارگذاری گردیدند.
نتیجه گیریما تلاش کردیم تا با این اقدامات زیر ساختی مناسب در جهت دسترسی سریع و آسان دانشجویان پزشکی به محتواهای آموزشی فراهم سازیم.

طراحی آموزشی یکی از عوامل موثر در بهبود کیفیت آموزش مجازی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عناصر و مولفه های طراحی و مدیریت فرایند تعاملی آموزش مجازی انجام شده است.
روش کارمطالعه حاضر مروری از نوع مرور هدفمند است. این نوع مطالعات مروری، با هدف بررسی و تبیین ویژگی های یک مفهوم و توضیح آن انجام می شود. مطالعه حاضر از طریق جستجوی کلید واژه هایDistance education, virtual education, e-learning, instructional design, e-teaching, educational management و e-teacher معادل فارسی آن طراحی آموزشی، آموزش مجازی، یادگیری الکترونیکی، تدریس الکترونیکی، آموزش از راه دور، مدیریت آموزشی، آموزش و مدرس الکترونیکی در پایگاه های دادهMagIran, ISC , SID ,Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed انجام شده است. جستجو به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در سالهای 2000- سپتامبر 2020 انجام شده است. در بررسی انجام شده عنوان متون مستخرج بررسی و 78 مستند شامل مقاله، گزارش و راهنما جهت بررسی چکیده در مرحله بعد وارد شد. در نهایت براساس معیار ورود 42 مطالعه، 18 مطالعه فارسی و 24 مطالعه انگلیسی جهت بررسی کامل متن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در مطالعه حاضر مورد استفاده شد.
نتایجنتایج مطالعات نشان دادند چارچوب طراحی آموزشی در فرایند آموزش مجازی شباهت زیادی به مراحل طراحی آموزشی در فرایند آموزش حضوری دارد اما در جزییات، لازم است ویژگی های آموزش مجازی/الکترونیکی در نظرگرفته شود. در فرآیند طراحی آموزش مجازی لازم است به هشت مولفه شامل تعیین مخاطب، تعیین اهداف و پیامدهای مورد انتظار، محتوای آموزشی، نحوه سازماندهی محتوا، تعیین روش های آموزش و فعالیتهای یادگیری، تعیین رسانه های آموزشی، نحوه ارزیابی فراگیر و ارزشیابی برنامه/دوره آموزشی توجه داشت.
نتیجه گیریطراحی و مدیریت یک فرایند آموزش مجازی، موضوع چند بعدی است که مولفه های مختلفی مانند عناصر هشت گانه طراحی آموزشی، تکنولوژی های آموزشی دردسترس، فعالیت های مشارکتی و ایجاد فرصت یادگیری همتا و رشد توانمندی های مدرسین در محیط آموزش الکترونیکی در موفقیت برنامه آموزش مجازی نقش کلیدی دارد.

حرفه گری پزشکی یکی از مهم ترین موضوعات چالش برانگیز کنونی در بحث اخلاق پزشکی است. این مقوله به معنای رفتارهای مطلوبی است که بایستی پزشکان در برابر بیماران و جامعه داشته باشند تا منجر به تعاملات مناسب شود. اشکالات ارتباط پزشک-بیمار منشاء شکایات متعددی میباشد. با وجود مطالعات فراوان در این زمینه، خلاء عظیمی از دانش تا عمل موجود است. و رفتارهای غیرحرفه ای همچنان ادامه دارد. هدف از این مقاله آن است که با مرور متون مرتبط، راهکاری عملی جهت ارتقاء حرفه گری پزشکی ارایه نماید.
روش کارموضوع در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی ERIC, Google Scholar, PubMed, با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی: (حرفه ای گری پزشکی Professionalism)، (آموزش پزشکی Medical Education)، (اخلاق پزشکی Medical ethics) بررسی انجام شد. تعداد 38 مقاله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.
نتایجپزشک خوب علاوه بر دانش و مهارت تکنیکی، نیازمند مهارت ارتباطی و رفتار حرفه ای مناسب است. برای رسیدن به این هدف بایستی در طی دوران آموزش پزشکی، آموزش حرفه ای گری پزشکی نیز در متن کوریکولوم آموزشی قرار گیرد. جهت تحقق این هدف، طراحی کوریکولوم حرفه ای گری، تعیین اهداف کلی و جزیی، انتخاب روش تدریس، ارزشیابی مناسب و بویژه تمرکز بر پویایی این کوریکولوم با کمک گرفتن از بازخوردهای مستمر بایستی مدنظر قرار گیرد.
نتیجه گیریجهت تحقق اهداف حرفه ای گری پزشکی و پرورش صحیح پزشکان آینده، ضروری است که کوریکولوم مبتنی بر حرفه ای گری پزشکی در تمامی دانشگاه های سطح کشور عملیاتی شده و به طور مستمر مورد سنجش و اصلاح قرار گیرد.

Blended learning (BL) is trending among medical education colleges around the world, and its many benefits, including the lack of physical presence in all sessions, have led to the popularity of this teaching method for adult learners. Therefore, the present study was conducted to explain the experiences of Part-time undergraduate operating room students from teaching by Blended learning method.Materials &
MethodsThis qualitative research was conducted by content analysis method in the first semester of 2019. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews during 15 interviews with Part-time operating room students. Then the data were analyzed by content analysis using MaxQDA2 software.
ResultsData in three main categories of "challenges" with subcategories; Selection of appropriate curriculum content and secure social network, "Arrangements related to the implementation of the program by professors" category with sub-categories; Ability of teachers to teach and be motivated and the category of "brought" with subcategories; Multiplicative individual growth and interaction and increased self-confidence were categorized.
ConclusionBased on the findings of the study, the use of this teaching method with considerations such as a suitable Internet platform, the existence of motivation and capability in professors, the selection of appropriate content can lead to satisfaction of adult students working in medical centers and individual growth and provide more versatility and interaction in the classroom.

The effect of human capital maturity on the productivity of knowledge workers (Case study: Birjand University of Medical Sciences)AbstractIntroductionExperts today believe that human capital, because of its scarcity, value, irreplaceability and imitability, is critical to achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and plays the most important role in increasing or decreasing the productivity of the organization. The present study investigate the effect of human capital maturity on the productivity of knowledge workers of Birjand University of Medical Sciences
MethodsThe present study and field survey. The statistical population of the study is all knowledge workers of Birjand University of Medical Sciences who were selected as a sample through simple random sampling method, according to Morgan table and the formula for the number of indicators in structural equations, 90 people. data were collected through a questionnaire that was analyzed using structural equation modeling and Spss and PLS software.
ResultsThe results show that among the independent variable components of human capital maturity, learning capacity drivers with an average of 3.41, access to knowledge with an average of 3.38, employee participation with an average of 3.20, workforce optimization with an average of 3.16 and practice Leaders with an average of 2.48 were ranked first to fifth, respectively. Cronbach's alpha of human capital maturity items is equal to 75.4 and productivity items are equal to 81.6. Among the components of human capital maturity are leadership measures, staff involvement, access to knowledge, optimization, human capital on Knowledge staff productivity has a positive and significant effect and the hypothesis of the effect of learning capacity on knowledge staff productivity was rejected.
ConclusionThe components of human capital maturity are effective in predicting the productivity of knowledge workers

Pages 24-36IntroductionMidwifery students can play an important role in promoting oral health of mothers and infants and preventing early childhood caries. The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge of a group of midwifery students about early childhood caries.Materials &MethodsIn this cross-sectional study, all students in the last two years of midwifery (165 students) in spring 2020 were studied. The questionnaire had 21 questions. Scores from 0 to 10.5 were given a poor grade, from 10.5 to 15.75 a medium grade and from 15.75 to 21 a good grade. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21 software and independent t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient and the significance level was considered 0.05.ResultsThe mean scores in the areas of aetiology, prevention, and total were 5.58 74 1.74, 5.27 92 1.92 and 10.86 19 3.19, respectively, and were moderate. The relationship between the two domains was significant and positive (P = 0.0001).ConclusionStudents 'knowledge about early childhood caries is moderate and students' educational needs to play their role in promoting children's dental health are probably less considered. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of clinical education and students' interest in their field of study in rehabilitation faculties in Hamadan University of medical science and University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences.Materials &MethodsThis cross-sectional study was performed on )306( students of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, technical orthopedics, speech therapy and Audiology in two rehabilitation faculties of Hamadan University of Medical Science and University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences. Self-report questionnaire included demographic information, questionnaire of interest to the field of study (α =0.713) and the quality of clinical education (α = 0.930). Data were analyzed by SPSS 23.ResultsThe mean age of students was (21.83 ± 1.09) years. Students were (177(female (59.6%) and (120(male (40.4%). Mean quality of clinical education was in Hamadan University (52.92±11.98) , Tehran University (53.99 ± 11.48), and not significant between thetwo groups (p>0.05).The highest influential sub-category in the quality of clinical education was area of educational environment (11.66± 3.20). There was a significant and negative relationship between interest in the field of study with goals and educational program, dealing with students, monitoring and evaluation (p <0.01).ConclusionThe level of quality of clinical education in both faculties was moderate and desirable. Regarding to the negative relationship between the quality of clinical education and interest in the field of study, further studies and attention to review in clinical education is recommended.Keywords: Clinical education, Student, Rehabilitation, Education

MethodsIn this descriptive-analytical study, 135 dental students studying in dental college of Zahedan university of medical science in person participated. The questionnaire included students' background information, JDI Academic Satisfaction Questionnaire and MBTI Personality Types Questionnaire, which was provided to students. The mean scores of personality types and academic satisfaction were compared by SPSS.22 software at different levels of contextual variables.
ResultsIn the present study, the most common personality types were ESTJ, ISTJ, ENTJ, INTJ. The rate of overall academic satisfaction in female students was 179.09 and in male students was 164.95 and girls' satisfaction was significantly higher than boys (P = 0.007).
ConclusionIt seems that dentists with personality types ENTP, ESTJ, ISTJ, ISTP, ENFJ, have more ability to learn and cope with the daily stress in the field of dentistry and as a result experience more academic satisfaction.

Following the Covid 19 pandemic in early 2020, the need to observe social distance, education of students at different levels was disrupted. Educational institutions and universities used various methods to compensate for this shortcoming, among which e-learning gained a special place.Materials &
MethodsWe have created a virtual studio in Akbar children Hospital in Mashhad from March to May 2020, in which the respected professors of the Pediatrics Department of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences recorded the courses assigned to externs, interns and assistants in this studio. We launched the Healthstudio program, which provided us with a number of capabilities, including video editing, to improve the quality of our recorded videos.
ResultsA studio was equipped as a virtual recording space in which 50 training sessions were provided in the form of links for externs, 27 training sessions for interns and 5 training sessions for assistants. The links were also prepared in NAVID system(Special university learning software).
ConclusionWe tried to provide a suitable infrastructure for medical students to have quick and easy access to educational content.

The present study aimed to review the components of instructional design and management of interactive educational process in the context of virtual education.
Materials & MethodsThis is an overview review study. The present study conduct by searching the keywords instructional design, virtual instructional design, e-learning, distance learning, education, blended learning in Science Direct, PubMed, SID. In the study, 128 were extracted in the first phase of the study. In the second step, 78 articles and reports were reviewed and finally, based on the inclusion criteria, 42 articles were used in the present study.
ResultsThe results of studies showed that the framework of educational design in the process of virtual education is very similar to the stages of educational design in the process of traditional education, but in detail, it is necessary to consider the features of virtual / e-learning. In the process of designing e-learning, it is necessary to pay attention to eight components, including determining the audience, determining the goals and expected outcomes, educational content, how to organize the content, determining teaching methods and learning activities, determining educational media, and assessment and evaluation.
ConclusionDesigning and managing a virtual learning process is a multidimensional issue that has various components such as the eight elements of educational design, available educational technologies, collaborative activities and creating opportunities for peer learning and growth of teachers' capabilities in e-learning environment has key role in the success of education program.

Medical professionalism is one of the nowadays most important debating subjects in medical ethics. It means the preferred behaviours that physicians must have against the patients and the community to bring proper interactions. The problems contributing to the patient-physician relationship is the cause of lots of complaints. Despite so many research in this field, there is a large gap between knowledge and practice and non-professional behaviours are persistent. The aim of this article is to review the related literature and presenting a practical guide for the improvement of medical professionalism.
Materials & MethodsThe subject was searched in the databases such as ERIC, PubMed and Google scholar by using these keywords: Professionalism, medical education, medical ethics. Thirty- eight articles were reviewed.
ResultsA good doctor not only needs knowledge and technical skills but also proper relationship skills and professional behaviours. To gain this target these options must be mentioned: Designing professional curriculum, determining the general and partial goals, choosing teaching method, proper evaluation, and especially focusing on the dynamicity of this curriculum by using the feedbacks.
ConclusionTo reach the medical professionalism goals and correct breeding of physicians, it is essential that medical professionalism-based curriculum be done in all of the medical schools and repeatedly be assessed and edited.
