    The purpose of this study was to Identify barriers of Sports-recreation activities participation staff’s education in Mazandaran province. The research method descriptive survey was conducted in the field. The population includes 41,783 people employed in the employees working in education office in Mazandaran province; They were selected based on Morgan 338 cluster-randomly stratified. To collect data using questionnaires, Sports-recreation barriers Forghani et al (2014) (α=0.89). Was performed using the Pearson correlation, and LSD post hoc tests (α=0.05). Data analysis done by using SPSS22 software. Results show that: there is a significant relationship between the factors hindering sport - recreational participation rates (α<0.05). There is a significant relationship between the barriers of personal, interpersonal and structural participation rate (α<0.05). There is a significant relationship between age (r=-0.356, p=0/027) and participation (r=-0.372, p=0.031) in sport- recreational activities but in the reverse direction, ie, the age increases their participation rate is less than. There is a significant relationship between participation rates by education level. The authorities also plan to participate regularly and motivate educators to take positive steps.

    The purpose of this study is to model brand loyalty in customers of sports products based on personality components with the role of mediating emotional intelligence. The research method is descriptive and correlational research. The statistical population of this study is all customers of sports products. The statistical sample was selected according to Morgan Table 357 and data collection tools, Consumer Personality Inventory Questionnaires by Lin (2010), Consumer Loyalty to Sport Products Kharazmi et al. (2005), Bradbury-Greaves Emotional Intelligence (2005). Using a five-point Likert scale whose validity and reliability were confirmed. To investigate the normality of data by Skewness- Kurtosis test and Pearson correlation test for research hypotheses at the significant level P≤0.05 &to determine the mediating role of loyalty by structural equation modeling and mediation regression analysis using SPSS22 software. The torque structure analysis software (AMOS) was used. Data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of personality traits except neuroticism and sport product loyalty (P≥0.05). There is a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and customer loyalty (P≥0.05). Also, there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of personality traits except neuroticism and emotional intelligence of Sport Products customers (P≥0.05). Finally, the model of measuring personality traits with sports product customer loyalty with emotional intelligence mediated has an acceptable fit and can be used to measure the relationship between personality traits and customer loyalty of sports products.

    Pomegranate is one of the fruits that has a lot of demand in Iran and other countries and is very well known in the world markets. In Iran, pomegranates are grown and harvested in different ways. Considering the lack of water in Iran, paying attention to new methods of irrigation and cultivation of pomegranate trees according to international standards will help to harvest more than average pomegranates. Since the city of Saveh has favorable environmental conditions for pomegranate cultivation, this city is called the pole of pomegranate cultivation. In the city of Saveh, the conditions for pomegranate cultivation are very good, and due to the favorable climate, a large amount of pomegranates are produced every year. Saveh's premium Meles pomegranate is considered for export because of its special taste. To enter the export market, Saveh can be one of the right choices for buying pomegranates in this city. Also, the price of Saveh pomegranate is much cheaper compared to the world price of pomegranate. For this reason, many foreign merchants choose Saveh pomegranates for purchase during the pomegranate harvest season. In this article, in a review way and based on library studies, the method of pomegranate management in Saveh city is discussed and its various dimensions are examined.

    The withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA and the return of sanctions, along with the spread of the Corona disease, caused many service sector activists to worry about the negative impact of sanctions on their activities. Tourism services are no exception to this rule and the activists of this field are worried about how political and economic sanctions and the spread of the Corona disease will affect this sector. The results of the research showed that the return of US sanctions in 2016 caused severe instability in this sector, so that it had a negative growth rate of 24%. In 2020, this industry was seriously damaged at the same time as the outbreak of Corona disease. If the country of Iran, due to having an expert medical staff in addition to tourist places, could take advantage of this and develop health tourism, unfortunately, due to the conditions of sanctions on the one hand (the drop in the commercial risk index, the drop in the logistics performance index and the inappropriate visibility of the competitiveness index) This industry) and the restrictions that were created at the world level experienced a sharp drop in this service sector. It is necessary for all those involved in this field to use their utmost efforts to adjust the packages and travel plans to Iran based on the needs of the target markets and in a way to create the most value for tourists entering Iran in a short period of time.     Economic development has always been one of the main concerns of the field of science and politics, and in order to be on the right path of economic development, it is necessary to continuously find its roots. Recent findings and experience of countries indicate that creativity and innovation is the most important and fundamental factor of economic growth and development. One of the most important fields of strengthening creativity and innovation is the field of culture, art and education; Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to examine the relationship between innovation and creativity with economic growth and to review the importance and obstacles to its growth. In this research, using a library study, the relationship between innovation and creativity with economic growth has been investigated. Creativity and innovation are in the institution of every human being and should be cultivated and developed during childhood and adolescence with basic education so that in the following years, it can be observed in all individual and group activities of human beings. In order to cultivate creativity, children and teenagers should be given the opportunity to think and they should be warned as much as possible from doing repetitive and aimless and predetermined activities. Investing in technology is considered as a prerequisite for ensuring competitiveness and progress and subsequently achieving a sustainable economic growth. Providing a stable level of education for the workforce, increasing investments in the research field, creating new products and easy access of investors to stock markets can firstly guarantee the development of the private and public sectors and secondly improve the conditions and quality of life of the people.
