    Background

Trauma is a disorder that can effects on many system like pain, hemorrhage, plasma leaking from capillary and sepsis. These effects not only can cause many financial problem on society but also can cause death.age, duration in hospitalization and severity of trauma are important factor in persistence of effects.thus management of these effects are so important for any person who work as a care giver in war.In addition, doing these cares depend on neurovascular system injury, burn and arterial injuries.

    Conclusion

Because of psychosomatic health, play an important role in military, notice to promotion of health, prevention and planning for implementation are the first step and it is so fight light in any hospital, specially army hospital.

    Background

In the new security environment, there is a clear and present danger of terrorists using nonconventional weapons to inflict maximum psychological and economic damage on their targets. For many, the thought of terrorists detonating a dirty bomb--a radiological dispersal device--is frightening.

    Results

The actual impact of a dirty bomb would be economic and social. There would be an economic cost for clean-up as well as a decrease in economic activity in the affected area due to radiation fear. If such a bomb were detonated, those exposed as well as those not exposed would have great concern about potential health effects while seeking medical attention and avoiding the impacted area. This paper discusses the health risks from radiation exposure.

pelvic truma can be cause by many events. The most important ones are injuries sharp truma in war. These truma can cause 30 percent of death. So signe and symptoms of these truma effects is so important. pelvic truma can cause soft tissue damage like bladder and colon. So these events can cause hemorrhage, rupture of bladder and colon, DIC and DVT. These emergent treatment of sever pelvic truma is built on three main stays. Initially treatment of hemorrhage shock and emergent bony stabilization using circumferential pelvic anti shock sheeting , external fixation or pelvic clamping as well as operative or angiographic hemorrhage control are first line measures.

    Conclusion

peri pelvic associated injuries need to be addressed. In the emergent situation, measures such as suprapubic cystostomy oreconstruction of the pelvic floor. Wound debridement or fecal diversion need to be considered.

    Background

cardiovascular disease is one of the common and health problems that threaten life. Coronary artery disease is major cause of morbidity and mortality in human communities.CAD has many mental, physical and social consequences for sufferer. Coronary artery disease risk factors divided to two major groups: modifiable and nonmodifiable those modifiable risk factors will be control with change in life style. The aim of this study was investigation of obesity and lipid profile in military patients with coronary artery disease candidate for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).

    Material and methods

The study investigated 200 male patients with 3VD aged 53.2±9.4 years old. Outcome variable included demographic and coronary risk factors parameters were collected. We used of a questionnaire for collecting data from patient. Using descriptive statistic performed data analysis.

    Results

38% of patient had history of diabetes mellitus, 32% had hypertension and 40% had history of cigarette smoking.11% had BMI≥30, % 45.6 of patient had O+ in blood group.87% of patient had total cholestrol≥200, 81% had TG≥200 and about 70% had LDL>100.There was statistically significant between age and TG (P<0.05).

    Conclusion

coronary risk factors such as inappropriate clinical status and undesirable lipid profile status threaten military personnel and CAD patient with 3VD, therefore more control and preventive strategies should be considered.

    Background

through history the movement of infections disease across the globe has been intimately associated with movement of man himself. The most spectacular example of this was the spread of bubonic plague throughout Europe during the fourteenth which closely mirrored. The migration of the civilian population in advance of the Mongols invading from the east. A number of studies have been conducted assessing the risk of acquiring disease from travel. The findings are remarkable consistent. About two thirds of all international arrivals report no illness whilst overseas or during travel. But one- third are unwell ( cossar et al...1990) International air travel has had a significant effect on the epidemiology of a number of infectious diseases. There have been long- term changes associated with migration of populations and their endemic infections, importation of disease with short incubation periods and movement of disease vectors and reservoirs. This evolution has not stopped, and more changes will be seen in the future.Research has shown that there is very little risk of any infectious disease being transmitted on board the aircraft. The quality of aircraft cabin air is carefully controlled. Ventilation rate provide a total change of air 20-30 times per hour. The reciculated air is usually passed through HEPA filter, of the type used in hospital operating theatres and intensive care units which trap particles, bacteria, fungi and viruses.

    Results and Conclusion

transmission of infection may occur between passengers who are seated in the same area of an aircraft, usually as a result of the infected person coughing or sneezing or by touch (direct contact or contact with the same parts of the aircraft cabin and furnishings that other passengers touch). This is on a different from any other situation where people are close to each other, such as on a train, bus or at a theatre. In order to minimums the risk of passing on infections, passengers who are unwell, particularly if they have a fever, should delay their journey until they have recovered. Airlines may deny boarding to passengers who appear tube infected with a communicable disease.

Myocardial infarction is the widespread diagnosis in world. Also estimated that it is the second disturb in flight emergency, because over the 6000 foot flighting, can cause some risk factors like, hypoxia, ambolitis, vaso spasm, dehydration, vasovagal accident and increasing pulmonary artery pressure, which all of them will be critical for people who have coronary artery diseases. Each of them can disturb the balansation between myocardial O2 supply and O2 demanded. (The condition can cause Ischemia) Results and

    conclusion

Myocardial infarction is a wide spread accident in flight emergency which for managing it, we can have some guidline as a nurse, and decrease some deteriments which can be happened in flight.

    Background

When at altitude within the aircraft, cabin pressure in the body’s cavities expands slightly. This commonly occurs in the ears and sinuses, which may lead to slight ear ache. If you suffer from tooth decay, then small cavities may exist with the teeth which can result in severe pain. To relieve this pain, try taking paracetamol before and during the flight as a pain killer. Results and

    conclusion

Dental pains provoked by an altitude beyond 5.000 ft can occur with a kind of tooth, healthy or restored. It is considered as a consequence of a brutal pressure change. This kind of dental pain Cause a problem for those who fly: civilian and military pilots as well as airlines passengers. The conditions in which this might happened are variable. There may be a definite correlation between the character of the symptoms of aerodontalgia and the underlying pupil pathology. Divers can have several oral problems. Firstly, problems caused by pressure changes. These are barodontalgia and odontocrexis. Barodontalgia is toothache by barotrauma. Odontocrexis is restorations coming lose or breaking or tooth fractures by expansion of air beneath restorations.

children are inevitable “innocent bystanders” in many of the world’s problem today. In the case of bioterrorism, where biological agents are released with the intention of creating morbidity and mortality among a population, it is to be expected children will also be affected and their normal childhood characteristics can put them at a greater to affect by a biological attack.

    Results

children are physically different than adults and not just in stature. They have higher metabolic rates, immature immune systems, faster respiration rates, thinner skin and lower fluid reserves. It is necessary to know that children are 100% of our nation’s future. Therefore, the health care system should be on call to all hospitals in case of an attack. Medical facilities need to equip themselves with decontamination and isolation room complete with child-sized equipment. Schools should held drills for bitterer emergencies. Parent and school nurses should be trained and be prepared to respond appropriately. Vaccine researchers need to consider that children and babies.

    Background

accident and disasters are typical bio-environmental critical disorders which surpass man’ s ability to cope with difficulties. statistical investigations show that Iran territory is one out of ten countries of the world where disasters frequently can occur. These disaster took the lives of more than 180000 at risk in earthquake victims. Finding show that the levels of all psychological engagement depend on the kind of victims which occasionally can be very harmful.

    Result

the effect caused by accident crises can be settled expeditioniously in certain people but as a rule these can cause some syndrome in one-third of them. There are many therapeutic and supportive services which offered many ways for control these harmful effect. The processes in which these victims are supported and helped by any procedures include four phases: 1) Pacification (body contact- skeletal expansion- deep respiratory) 2)support(promotion of adaptation skills and activation). 3) direction 4) Reorientation: this process checks the clients’ life objectives, imposes new aims and determines the methods to accomplish them.
