Iran has experienced major structural and economic changes over the past four decades. In the major experimental literature, researchers believe that these changes have manifested themselves as changes in the dynamics of macroeconomic variables, so that a number of articles have focused on documenting these changes. Understanding what lies behind it and the consequences of these changes is clearly important for monetary policy. This study empirically examines how the behavior of monetary policy in Iran has changed in response to various structural shocks, which is done using the Markov switching model of dynamic random equilibrium. In this study, the Markov Stochastic Dynamic General Equilibrium Model (MS-DSGE) is estimated, which causes changes in the coefficients of the monetary policy law as well as shock fluctuations with Iranian data from 1350 to 1396. We find that regime change, both in monetary policy legislation and in shock fluctuations, is a fundamental adjustment in improving the fit of the model. Our results show that structural shock fluctuations have also changed over time. Hence, the highest instability impulse of real output is due to the monetary policy index impulse and the least impact is due to the imposition of financial liberalization. Among all the factors, the greatest impact is due to the impulse of revolution and war. The least impact belongs to the shock of oil revenues on the shocks of the monetary policy index with coefficient.

Enthusiasm is one of the main psychological variables affecting the entrepreneurial intention of people, which as one of the dimensions of well-being in the work environment, expresses a positive and active feeling, which is known with a high level of work with interest and honor. The aim of the present research is to investigate the role of the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of managers in the organizational structure of managers of government organizations. According to the existing theoretical frameworks, the relationships between research variables have been evaluated by some quantitative methods. According to the characteristics of the statistical society, the non-probability and accessible sampling method was chosen for the experts. To determine convergent and divergent validity, Lisrel software was used, and for data analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was usually used to test the normality of the data. The analysis of the obtained data showed that; GFI (normalized fit index) higher than 0.9 is a sign of a good fit of the model. RMSEA is equal to 0.055 (the root mean square of the error of approximation or the deviation test of each degree of freedom) and a value less than 0.08 indicates a good fit of the model. Shows, On the other hand, the P-value (significant level) is 0.0001, which is less than 0.05, so it is accepted with 95% confidence of the conceptual model of entrepreneurial enthusiasm of managers of public organizations. In the development process, achieving a better life and increasing well-being is achieved by focusing on access to a life of health and knowledge. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of financial development on human development, including life expectancy and primary enrollment rates in developing countries by gender in the period 2016-2020. The experimental model of this research was estimated using the Generalized method of Moments (GMM) panel method and the variables of facilities granted to the private sector, the ratio of money to GDP, the degree of openness of the economy, the effect of educational expenditures and health expenditures. The results of model estimation indicate that the facilities granted to the private sector have a positive and significant effect on human capital. The effect of the ratio of money supply to GDP is negative due to the destructive effect of inflation on all models. The coefficient of degree of openness of the economy in all models (except the female registration rate) is positive and significant. Educational expenses have a positive and significant effect on the male and female registration rate as well as men's life expectancy. The effect of health expenditures is also positive and significant in most models (life expectancy of men and women as well as women's registration rate). Therefore, governments should pay attention to encouraging exports, reforming the tariff system based on encouraging the import of capital goods, currency stability, facilitating banking transactions, facilitating the conditions for opening letters of credit.

The current research seeks to identify the influencing factors on implementation of smart city plans based on approach of technical and social systems. For this goal, the library study is done and then based on that a research plan is written that include using expert opinions and data mining technique, feature selection ,clustering and also Delphi technique to identify and screen factors and then using clustering, the final factors are leveled. Here the aim is not ranking but is leveling. Meanwhile because of high numbers of factors, screening them in both steps using Delphi and feature selection is conducted. Delphi is one of the classic tests in qualitative approaches and feature selection include data mining techniques. Finally leveling factors include technical and social factors and the most influencing ones are determined. technical factors including digital infrastructure, ICT base transportation, ICT based logistic, building alarm systems, energy consumption adjustment, ICT based process are placed in level one. Social factors including digital and smart innovation, knowledge sharing, smart education, participation in sustainable development, access to educational plans, waste recycling, pollution control, productivity and flexibility of labor market are placed in level one.
