In order to carry out a proper and principled propagation, in addition to the appropriate selection of speech topics and knowledge of the principles of propagation and speech, obtaining basic knowledge and information to start a propagation is an obvious thing for propagators. For this purpose, life skills training should be provided for propagators, so that they do not face problems in the path of propagation just because of a series of inconsistencies in propagation environments. Because in the first steps of propagation, because of lack of familiarity with the propagation environment, the propagators are faced with issues that arise in different and new environments immediately after the beginning of the propagation. This article aims to explain the role of life skills in the field of propagation and its importance. Now, the main question is what are the effects and fruits of life skills in propagation. In this article written in a descriptive method, we intend to study the role of life skills in propagation. The findings of this article suggest that by learning life skills, propagators can use effective methods to improve the quality of their propagation and acquire the necessary skills to have better and more effective propagation

Considering important skills in religion propagation can be the basis for the effectiveness of these types of activities. Lack of using these skills properly can give the propagators the belief that the people of this age have run away from religion. While in most cases, this false belief originates from the lack of proper application of the necessary skills in the matter of religion propagation. One of the very important skills that is the foundation and basic of propagation and it is necessary for religion propagators to learn it properly and use it in propagation is "effective communication skill" which consists of two skills "the art of listening" and "the art of speaking". In this article, after explaining the terms of skills, life skills, skills of communication and propagation, the components of effective communication have been explained. Finally, this article aims to express the methods of acquiring effective communication skills, which are separately focused on the steps of acquiring this skill, and the harms of not using it are mentioned. This article has been authored using the document method (library) with the aim of strengthening the effective communication skills of religion propagation.

Propagators are the guardians of the religious and cultural thoughts of the society, and propagation is an eternal art, which is shown on the board of existence with the persistent efforts of propagators. In the process of propagation, the skill of communicating with the audience plays a significant role in the success of the propagator and the effectiveness of his words. Therefore, communication techniques are very important in the propagation of religion. The present research was conducted with the aim of achieving the techniques of communication skills in the propagation of religion. In order to achieve this goal, the concept of skill, communication, propagation and communication skills has been explained via the descriptive-analytical method, then by searching religious texts and psychological sciences, the best and most efficient methods of communication skills in propagation has been found. The findings of this study are based on the fact that communication skills are of two types; verbal and non-verbal. The types of verbal communication skills that are more prominent in propagation include clarity and comprehensibility of speech, appropriateness of speech, honesty, gratefulness, and praise for good deeds, and the non-verbal communication skills needed by the preacher include things such as ignoring, grooming, active listening, looking, and humility.

This article has tried to explain the macro and micro skills in interpersonal relationships, make them believable for the specific audience (propagators of religion), and then adapt them. These skills include three major parts: skills necessary to initiate communication, skills necessary to continue communication, and skills to adapt to others. After explaining the minor topics, the author has entered into comparison and adaption through religious teachings and by analyzing and describing each skill, he has referred to relevant verses (of the Qur'an) and narratives. The result of this study, which was carried out via a descriptive-analytical method, suggests that propagators of the religion, by being equipped with communication skills and using modern knowledge, can be more successful in propagation

The rhythm of environmental changes in the propagation atmosphere is constantly changing for clerics propagating the religion, and this change of atmosphere has relationship with the presentation method, model, and way of presenting the content. In normal conditions, this relationship leads to natural stress, and in abnormal conditions and an unknown environment, it will result in additional pressure and stress for the propagators. Most psychologists consider normal stress harmless and excessive stress leads to the loss of mental hygiene and mental health. This research is based on the method of description and analysis of library data. The findings suggest that among the issues and problems of propagation in an unknown atmosphere for the propagators, in excessively stressful conditions, is the reduction of efficiency and impact on the audience. For this purpose, stress management in propagation and speech can increase productivity and effectiveness. Considering the importance of reducing and managing stress in propagation, in this article, the causes and reasons of stress in propagation are examined and solutions are provided

Part of the social harms is due to lack of control of emotions and the individual's sufficiency in facing difficult situations and the inability to solve problems in life. Such harms have caused the growth of crime in the society. According to the studies carried out, the reason for the growth of crimes in the society is the lack of training. This study aims to express the importance of training and its effect on the clients of the Center for Correction and Education and that dear propagators should prioritize the issue of life skills training in order to prevent social anomalies in their educational programs. Training is one of the best ways to prevent this type of social harm and can be used in the Center for Correction and Education. Although some have claimed that training does not have a beneficial effect on clients, it is safe to say that training increases some of the clients' abilities. In the field of training, the first priority is to teach life skills to the clients of the Center for Correction and Education. In this regard, psychologists, with the support of national and international organizations, have been mobilized to prevent mental illnesses and social anomalies, to teach life skills, increase psycho-social abilities, and finally, to prevent harmful behaviors to health and promote people's health. The results of this study suggest that life skills training increases the ability of clients, and these trainings are the basis of rehabilitation and preventing them from re-entering the Center for Correction and Education, and considering the relationship between health and religion, the training of these skills by propagators is more important and leads to the growth of the society
