The necessity of using the veil against the strangers is one of the most important Islamic issues which is emphasized in Quran. Islam recognizes the woman the woman with chastity and piety and also recognizes the woman out of vices and depravities as mentioned in Sura al Ahzab verse 35. One of the most important issues regarding the veil is that what is the role of veil and chastity in providing social security for women? Does veil rules has social impact? Whether it is harmful to the society or not? In addition to its social impacts, veil has individual impacts as well. First of all, its negative consequences affect the women itself and then it affects the society. These issues are considered in this article in both individual and social aspects. It will be clear to the audience that there is a significant direct relationship between women›s chastity and veil and social security.

This research conducted in the period of January 2015 to June 2015. This study attempts to evaluate the effects of family disruption on tendency towards synthetic drugs. The statistical population of the study consists of 18 to 30 years old young people who are addicted to synthetic drugs. 62  interviewee were selected as sample through purposive sampling method from five addiction treatment center in Bojnourd. In this study, the survey method was used and in order to collect the data an adapted questionnaire form was used. The results of data analysis using SPSS software was to show that there is a significant relationship between disruption of the family and tendency to synthetic drugs. Moreover, there is a significant relationship between disrupted family and all dimensions of tendency to drugs such as individual, interpersonal, and social.

Facebook as a virtual social network is a new phenomenon in human society and its users have become increasingly rising. Ethical security is one of the most important factors in society’s security and increasing the number of virtual social networks could affect the society’s ethical security. This research is conducted due to importance of impacts of facebook on society’s ethical security and social norms. The main aim of the study is investigating the consequences of using the facebook on student’s ethical security among the Azad university students in Bojnourd. The survey method is used to conduct this research. In order to collect the data a questionnaire form is used and the population of the study was 2,500 people which were including the Azad university students in Bojnourd and the sample size was 310 people which were selected randomly. In order to test the hypotheses, correlation coefficient of «Kendall tau» is used and accepted correlation coefficient is less than 0.05 the results show that there is a significant relationship between using the facebook and ethical security. Meanwhile, there is relationship between the amount of using facebook and the rate of unveiling and pornography and the spread of male and female relationships and the promotion of unconventional relationships.

This article attempts to examine the effects of scarcity and impurity of drugs on changing the consumption pattern from low-risk to high-risk. The theoretical framework of the study is based on combination of action theory, Homans’s exchange theory and the theory of Pete Schwartz. The survey method is applied in this study and in order to collect the data, a questionnaire submitted to high-risk drug users in Bojnourd prison and Samen clinic patients. This is to conclude that based on high-risk drug users statements, the scarcity of the low risk drugs like opium and their impurities lead to a changing the consumption patterns.

Social Security is a need to redefine the concept of negligence and failing to concepts such as national security, human security, public safety, etc., it is usually confused with the other security domains. We have seen this article seeks to conceptualize and explain the importance of social security. Two dominant approaches in the field of social security, negative and positive approaches that build on the comprehensive strategy adopted, there is a need to take advantage of both of these approaches. In addition to reviewing the different forms and different fields of security, social networks, dominant negative and positive discourse associated with social security, we tried to answer frequently asked questions such as why youths have tendency to these networks, policies and the related issues have been thoroughly discussed. Also addressing the risks of new media to distinguish the role of social media in political, cultural and social orientations were mentioned. This article attempts to make a balance through considering the both positive and negative approaches regarding social network and social security. In this regard, we considered the positive aspects of social security and in order to promote the social security we discussed about two discourses of Islamic Iranian development model and the Iranian Islamic life style (strict demands of supreme leader) and finally we mentioned the necessitates of the use of social networks in this regard.

This study investigated the relationship between the role of creativity and innovation in improving the quality of police services. In general, the role of creativity and innovation with the turn of the millennium and the era of knowledge is an obvious issue .since, survival and maintaining competitive advantage depends on the innovation in designing and development of new services. Also, due to the shorting the life cycle of the services in organizations and the expectations of the clients, innovation and creativity in the development of new services plays a critical and crucial role in continuation of organizational life in particular for the police department and its forces. The survey method is used in this study. In order to collect the data an interview form is used. The statistical population was police department personnel in Northern Khorasan. Results of the study show that the main hypothesis using correlation tests is confirmed. Also There is significant relationship between the role of innovation components namely (The role of support based on the comments of creativity and innovation, Based on the principle of providing support for new ideas on creativity and innovation, the role of flexibility principle sand the necessary infrastructure to support creativity and innovation) and improving the services quality.
