The role of the food pattern in predicting weight, lifestyle and quality of life of studentsPage 1Introduction
The dietary pattern in clinical practice has been considered in weight loss, lifestyle, and quality of life, which can lead to weight loss and affect lifestyle and quality of life. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of dietary pattern in predicting students' weight, lifestyle and quality of life.
MethodThe research method is descriptive-correlational and the statistical population is all students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample size is considered 30 students selected randomly from the statistical population. To collect data, the Quality of Life Questionnaire (IRQOL), Health Promotion Lifestyle Questionnaire, and Nutrition Table were used, and SPSS 22 software was used to analyze the data. Pearson correlation and regression correlation tests were also used to analyze the data.
ResultsThe results showed that there is a significant correlation between dietary pattern and weight, lifestyle and quality of life (r=0.258, sig = 0.027, r = 0.057, sig = 0.000, and r=0.677, sig= 0.012 respectively).
ConclusionThe finding shows that the food pattern component can predict 60% of weight, but cannot be a good predictor of lifestyle and quality of life due to the insignificance of regression model.

Pages 4-14ObjectiveDivorce is one of the stressful experiences of the family that can lead to conflict and incompatibility between couples. The aim of this research was to Comparing the effectiveness of acceptance, commitment therapy and schema therapy on alexithymia of divorced women referring to welfare.MethodsThe method of this research was semi-experimental with a pre- post-test design and a control group. The statistical population consisted of all women who referred to welfare organization of Tabriz in the second half of 2022-2023, from which 60 people were randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group (20 people in each group). Before and after acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy interventions, questionnaire Toronto alexithymia (TAS-20) by Taylor et al. (1997) were used to collect data, and multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) test was used for hypothese analysis.ResultsThe results of the analysis of covariance showed that the significance level in all comparisons was less than 0.05, except for the difficulty in identifying emotions, that both interventions were effective on the variable of alexithymia and its two components (p<0.05).ConclusionAccording to the results of the present study, there was a difference between the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy in all dependent variable components, except difficulty identifying emotions, and the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy was more than schema therapy. Keywords: Acceptance, Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy, Alexithymia, Divorced women, Welfare Organization

Pages 15-25ObjectiveThis research was conducted with the aim of investigating the structural relationship of marital conflicts, alexithymia, anxiety sensitivity and sexual dissatisfaction in married female students of University of Guilan.MethodsThe present research method was descriptive and correlational. A sample of 175 people was selected from the community of married female student in University of Guilan. To collect data, Toronto alexithymia TAS-20, anxiety sensitivity ASI-R, marital conflicts MCQ and sexual satisfaction ISS questionnaires were used. Data analysis was done using structural equation analysis method through Amos software environment.ResultsThe results showed that the square of the multiple correlations 2R for the observed variable of marital conflicts was 0.45. This indicated that 45% of the variance in marital conflicts was explained by the variables of alexithymia, anxiety sensitivity, and sexual dissatisfaction. The square of the multiple correlations for the variable of sexual dissatisfaction was 0.05. This indicated that 5% of the variance in sexual dissatisfaction was explained by the variables of relationship alexithymia and anxiety sensitivity. Finally, the square of the multiple correlations for the variable of anxiety sensitivity was 0.58. This indicated that 58% of the variance in anxiety sensitivity was explained by changes in the scores of the alexithymia variable.ConclusionThis study can be inferred that there is a significant relationship between alexithymia and anxiety sensitivity with marital conflicts and sexual dissatisfaction. It is hoped that different collection methods will be used in future studies. Also, this research can be carried out among different environments and in a larger and more diverse sample. Keywords: Alexithymia, Anxiety Sensitivity, marital conflicts, sexual dissatisfaction, married female students

Pages 26-32ObjectiveThis research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationships between parenting dimensions, indicators of father-child relationship, and academic achievement.MethodsThe research method was correlational of type structural equation modeling (SEM). The population of this study included boy students between 13 and 16 years in the city of Isfahan in the academic year 2021-2022. The random sampling method was a multi-stage cluster. The sample included 269 adolescents, who answered the parenting and father-child relationship online questionnaires. academic achievement was also calculated through the examination of grade average scores. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation test and structural equations and by SPSS and AMOS.ResultsThe findings showed that the assumed model after the modification has a good fit and parenting in all dimensions (except monitoring and Notification) was able to explain the indicators of the father-child relationship (P<0.01). On the other side, academic achievement could not have a place in the tested model.ConclusionThe results of the current research confirm the important role of parenting and its dimensions in explaining the father-child relationship, and also focus attention on the role of non-family factors regarding academic achievement. Keywords: father-child relationship, academic achievement, Parenting, adolescent

The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of family leisure and humor in the relationship between parenting stress and co-parenting.
MethodsThe present study population consisted of all parents living in Kermanshah in 2020, from which 300 people were selected to participate in the study using multi-stage cluster sampling. Research instruments included Parenting Stress Index-Short Form, Zabriski Family Leisure Activity Profile, Co-parenting Relationship Scale, and the Family Members’ Humor Scale. The research was descriptive and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.
ResultsThe results of data analysis showed that there is a significant direct relationship between parenting stress variables and co-parenting (P< 0.001; β = -0.43), parenting stress and family humor (P< 0.001; β= -0.34), parenting stress variables and family leisure (P< 0.001; β= -0.28), humor in the family and co-parenting (P< 0.001; β= 0.4). Also, the humor variable in the family could play a mediating role in the relationship between parenting stress and co-parenting (P< 0.002; β= 0.17).
ConclusionTherefore, it can be said that humor and games in families can play an important role both in creating co-parenting and decreasing of the negative effect of parenting stress on co-parenting.

Research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of listening-style and negative meta-emotion in marital dissatisfaction of women with anxiety-attachment.
MethodsThe research was done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population included all married women between the ages 20 -50, in East-Azarbayjan in the 2021. Among them, 150 people with high anxiety-attachment were selected using the available sampling method and filled out Doel Listening-style-questionnaire (1997), Negative Meta-Emotion-questionnaire by Mittmansgraber et al.(2009), and Glumbeck-Rust Marital-questionnaire (1987),also the Bernan-et al. Experience in Relationships were used. Pearson correlation and multiple Regression analysis were used.
ResultsThe study results indicated that there is a significant inverse relationship between couple`s comprehension listening-style with marital dissatisfaction in anxious attached women and a positive relation between responsive style and negative emotion on them. regression analysis showed 62% of the variance of marital disturbance in women with anxiety-attachment is explained by negative variables of couple`s listening-style and negative emotions.
ConclusionConsidering that the sense of secure attachment facilitates use of secure emotion regulation strategies and constructive listening. These skills reduce tension, maintain satisfying intimate relationships and increase personal adaptability through constructive and realistic efforts. Therefore, these are an important factor in establishing successful interpersonal relationships.
