صفحه 1مقدمهپایبندی به اصول اخلاق حرفه ای، تیم مراقبت و درمان را مسئول و متعهد می کند تا با عمل بر اساس استانداردهای حرفه ای، سلامت و رفاه بیماران را در مرکز توجهات خود قرار دهند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت کد اخلاق حرفه ای توسط پرسنل به عنوان یک عامل موثر تسهیل کننده اجرای حاکمیت بالینی طراحی شده است.روش کاراین مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است که به صورت سرشماری،از 211نفر از پرسنل درمانی شهرستان جهرم انجام گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها را پرسشنامه روا و پایا یی تشکیل میداد که شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک(سن،جنس،سابقه کار و بخش)و سپس41سوال در 8 حیطه بر اساس مقیاس پنجدرجهای لیکرت بود. جهت تحلیل داده ها ازآمارتوصیفی واستنباطی در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد.یافته هامیزان رعایت کلی کدهای اخلاقی 75/0±82/3 بود، که از میزان متوسطی بر خوردار بود. پرسنل درمانی در حیطه ارتقا کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار (60/4) بهترین نمره را داشتند و در حیطه تعهد به رازداری (78/2) از ضعیف ترین نمره برخوردار بودند.ارتباط بین نوع بخش و سن افراد با رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای از مقادیر معنا داری برخوردار بود.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به نتایج، پیشنهاد می شود جهت ارتقا هر چه بیشتر، مدیران،برنامه ریزان ومربیان بهداشت و آموزش پزشکی بابرنامه های آموزش ضمن خدمت وتدوین خط مشی های موردنیازتوجه لازم رادرزمینه رعایت اخلاق درعملکردحرفه ای پرسنل درمانی به عمل آورند.کلیدواژگان: بیمار، کدهای اخلاقی، پرسنل درمانی

صفحه 8مقدمهنقص توانمندی پرستاران تازه فارغ التحصیل یکی از عوامل کاهش کیفیت خدمات پرستاری در بیمارستان ها می باشد. آموزش در شروع کار بهترین روش رفع این مشکل می باشد، اما کیفیت انجام آن نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. هدف مطالعه حاضر مقایسه تاثیر آموزش روتین و برنامه ای بر عملکرد پرستاران تازه فارغ التحصیل می باشد.روش کارمطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله ای است، که بر روی 60 پرستار تازه فارغ التحصیل در بیمارستان پیمانیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند انجام گرفت. هر دو گروه از نظر سن، جنس، محل تحصیل و معدل همسان سازی شدند. 24 اقدام پرستاری که در همه بخش ها انجام می گیرد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ارزیابی قبل و پس از مداخله توسط مشاهده گر ثابت انجام گرفت. سپس تحلیل اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار SPSS انجام گردید.یافته هامیانگین نمره ارزیابی بعد از مداخله در گروه آموزش روتین(28/0±18/3) و در گروه آموزش برنامه ای(27/0±74/3) بود. به کمک آزمون تی مشخص گردید که اختلاف بین دو گروه معنادار می باشد (001/0p=).نتیجه گیریآموزش روتین و برنامه ای در ارتقاء توانمندی های پرستاران تازه فارغ التحصیل موثر است، اما روش آموزش برنامه ای بیش از آموزش روتین تاثیرگذار می باشد. لذا استفاده از این شیوه آموزشی در ارتقائ عملکرد پرستاران توصیه میشود.کلیدواژگان: پرستاری، تازه فارغ التحصیل، آموزش

صفحه 13مقدمهاحترام به شان مادر باردار اساس مراقبت مامایی است که گامی در جهت افزایش رضایت مادران از خدمات ارایه شده توسط کادر بهداشتی درمانی می باشد.در این راستا دانشجویان رشته مامایی به دلیل اهمیت زمینه کاری خود بایستی از ابتدای ورود به دانشگاه با منشور حقوقی مادر باردار آشنا شده و نسبت به رعایت مفاد آن اهتمام کامل ورزند.هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان آگاهی دانشجویان مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم از منشور حقوقی زنان دردوران بارداری در سال 1389بوده است.روش کارمطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بودکه بر روی 58 دانشجویان کارشناسی ناپیوسته مامایی بصورت سرشماری و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دو قسمتی انجام گرفت.یافته هانتایج نشان داد میزان آگاهی نسبت به اجزاء تشکیل دهنده منشور حقوق زنان باردار 9/37% خوب و 9/44% متوسط بود.همچنین 100% دانشجویان تا کنون واژه ای تحت عنوان منشور حقوقی مادران باردار نشنیده بودند. بین میزان آگاهی با میانگین معدل، سابقه کارو منبع کسب اطلاعات ارتباط آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد(05/)کلیدواژگان: آگاهی، منشور حقوقی، زنان باردار، دانشجویان مامایی

صفحه 19مقدمهدانشگاه ها مسئولیت راهنمایی و مشاوره دانشجویان را به منظور رفع نیاز دانشجویان در طی تحصیل بر عهده دارند. عملکرد مناسب اساتید راهنما سبب دستیابی مناسب دانشجویان به اهداف آموزشی می شود. لذا با توجه به اهمیت و نقش جایگاه مشاوره و راهنمایی پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت عملکرد اساتید راهنمای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان از دیدگاه دانشجویان انجام گردید.روش کاردر این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، 680 دانشجوی ترم سوم و چهارم درتمام مقاطع و رشته های دانشگاه علوم لرستان به صورت سرشماری شرکت داشتند. ابزار گردآوری پرسشنامه ای بود که بر اساس دستورالعملهای وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی و با ضریب پایایی 79% تهیه و مورد انتظار قرار گرفت. نمرات در سه سطح عملکرد اساتید راهنما را نشان میدادند. نتایج توسط نرم افزار spss و با استفاده از روش های آماری از جمله کای اسکوار تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.یافته هاافراد مورد مطالعه در 9/77 % موارد زن و بین رده سنی 35-19 سال بود. بیشترین علت مراجعه به اساتید راهنما به دلیل مشکلات آموزشی (2/59%)بود. دانشجویان عملکرد اساتید راهنما رادر 9/37% موارد نامناسب، 38/44% متوسط و 73/17% مناسب توصیف نمودند.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به نتایج لازم است ضمن داشتن نگرش مثبت به برنامه مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی، اقداماتی نظیر پایش عملکرد جهت بررسی نتایج حاصل از فعالیت اساتید راهنما و اجرای برنامه های آموزشی مدون گام برداشت تا بتوان بهره مطلوبی را در راه ارتقاء آرمانهای دانشگاهی برداشت.کلیدواژگان: استاد راهنما، دانشجو، مشاوره تحصیلی، رضایت، عملکرد

صفحه 29مقدمههدف از این مطالعه بررسی آگاهی پرستاران بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند از منشور حقوق بیمار در سال 1390 می باشد.روش کاراین بررسی یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است که بر روی 161 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ای بود که از دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سوالات آگاهی تشکیل شده بود. پس از جمع آوری داده ها و ورود اطلاعات به نرم افزار SPSS 16، آمارهای توصیفی و جداول توزیع فراوانی ارائه گردید.
یافتهنتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اکثر پرستاران شرکت کننده در مطالعه آگاهی مناسبی در خصوص حیطه حقوق بیمار در دریافت خدمات بهداشتی بدون توجه به عوامل نژادی، فرهنگی ومذهبی داشتند. از سوی دیگر آگاهی افراد شرکت کننده در مورد اطمینان از رازداری کادر پزشکی وعدم حضور افرادی که مستقیما در فرایند درمان شرکت ندارند در کمترین حد بود. نتایج مطالعه بین نمره آگاهی پرستاران و متغیر هایی همچون جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات و شغل سازمانی نشان داده شد.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به جایگاه منشور حقوق بیمار و اهمیت اجرای تمامی مفاد آن ضروری است که مسئولان اقدامات کافی جهت آشنایی تئوریک و عملی پرستاران با این اصول را بعمل آورده و با ارائه راهکارهای تشویقی و تنبیهی در مواجه با امور مرتبت با این اصول، زمینه را جهت اعتلای سیستم خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کشور مهیا کنند.

صفحه 37مقدمهطبق گزارشات جوانان حدود 3/1 میلیارد نفر از کل جمعیت جهان را تشکیل می دهند. گاهی دارای رفتارهای غیرطبیعی می باشند. این امر می تواند روابط اجتماعی و اخلاقی جامعه را دچار اختلال کند.هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط بین گرایش به رفتار جنس مخا لف و سطح هورمون های جنسی در جوانان بود.روش کارمطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش تحلیلی از نوع موردی- شاهد است که بر روی 60 نفر گردید. گروه مورد توسط روش نمونه گیری آسان از افراد تحت بازداشت و مرتکب گرایش جنسی به رفتار جنس مخالف در شهر شیراز انتخاب شدند. گروه شاهد نیز از بین افراد سالم در شهر شیراز به صورت تصادفی ساده (چهار چوب نمونه گیری شماره ملی در لیست مدون سازمان ثبت احوال شیراز) نمونه گیری گردید. در گروه مورد اطلاعات مورد نیاز و نمونه خون جهت سنجش هورمون های جنسی اخذ گردید. دو گروه مورد و شاهد از نظر سن، جنس، تاهل و مکان زندگی همسان سازی شدند و در نهایت اختلاف بین میانگین سطوح هورمونی با ازمون تی مستقل با استفاده از نرم ازار اماری SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته هامیانگین سطح استروژن در خون مرد هادر گروه مورد40/ ± 67/24 و در گروه شاهد40/ ±97/37 (نرمال آن در مردان 10-15 pg/ml) و میانگین سطح تستوسترون خون در زن هادر گروه مورد 42/ ± 85/3و در گروه شاهد 42±78/1(نرمال آن در زنان1-5/3 mg/ml) بود، که اختلاف معنی داری نداشت (123/0p=).نتیجه گیریشاید تفاوت در میزان هورمون های جنسی هرچند بدون اختلاف معنا دار در بروز رفتار مغایر با جنسیت شخص را بتوان با یک بیماری مرتبط دانست.گرچه نقش عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی را نیز به عنوان یک چالش اخلاقی میبایست همیشه مدنظر قرار داد.

Page 1IntroductionAdherence to the principles of professionalism enables health care team to act according to professional standards and attend to patients’ health and welfare in all stages of their life while trying to sustain and promote their professional status. This study aimed to assess the health care team’s compliance with professional ethical codes as a means to facilitate clinical governance.Material And MethodsThis is a descriptive and cross-sectional study performed by a census of 211 health care staff in Jahrom. The data gathering tool consisted of a valid, reliable questionnaire including two sections of demographic information (age, sex, employment history, and ward) and 41 questions in 8 areas based on a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and analytic statistics via SPSS.ResultsThe overall compliance with ethical codes was 3.82 ± 0.75. The highest score belonged to patient care quality improvement (4.60) and the lowest score to commitment to confidentiality (2.78). There was a significant relationship between the type of ward (p=0.03), age (p=0.003) and adherence to professional ethics.ConclusionIt seems that compliance with professionalism is moderate among health care staff in Jahrom University of Medical Sciences. It is recommended that managers, planners, and instructors tend to enhance professionalism among health care staff by setting relevant policies and running service training.Keywords: Patient, Ethical Codes, Health Care Team

Page 8IntroductionNew graduate nurses’ capability defect is one of the issues contributing to the reduction of nursing care quality in hospitals. Introductory education is the best solution; yet, the quality must be attended. The goal of this study was to compare the effect of traditional and classical education on new graduate nurses’ performance.Materials And MethodsThis is an interventional study performed on 60 new graduate nurses randomly selected in Peymanieh Hospital of Jahrom University of Medical Science. Both groups were homogenized based on age, sex, place of education and GPA. 24 nursing procedures, performed all the wards, were assessed. Pre-intervention and post-intervention assessments were conducted by fixed observers. Data analysis was performed using SPSSResultsThe mean of assessment after intervention in traditional and classical groups were respectively 3.18 ± 0.28 and 3.74 ± 0.27. T-test revealed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionTraditional and classic educations enhance the new graduate nurses’ capabilities. Page 13IntroductionRespect for mothers’ dignity is a step to increase mothers’ satisfaction of the health services provided. Midwifery students should, therefore, acquaint themselves with and remain committed to pregnant women’s bill of rights from the outset of their studies. This study aimed at determining the level of awareness of pregnant women’s bill of rights in Qom University of Medical Sciences during 2009.MethodsThis was a descriptive and cross-sectional study of 58 junior and senior midwifery students performed by census. The data collection tool consisted of researcher-made questionnaire including 25 closed and one open question in seven areas of pregnant women’s bill of rights. The questionnaire reliability and validity was confirmed. Descriptive statistics including chi square test via SPSS 18.0 were used to analyze the data.Results37.9% of participants’ knowledge of the components of pregnant women’s bill of rights was good and 44.9% moderate. Also, the highest knowledge score was in the field rights of pregnant women belonged to right to information (2.4± 0.3) and the right to respect (2.1± 0.4). The lowest knowledge score belonged to the right to refuse (1.2± 0.2) and the right to protest (1.1± 0.1).ConclusionsThe study showed that midwifery student's knowledge of the components of pregnant women’s bill of rights was 44.9% which would be interpreted as moderate. It is, therefore, recommended that planners, midwifery instructors and professors attend further to midwifery students’ knowledge pregnant women’s bill of rights.Keywords: Knowledge, Pregnant Women, Bill of Rights, Midwifery Students

Evaluation of supervisor's performance in student's views in Lorestan University of Medical SciencesPage 19IntroductionUniversities are responsible to meet the students’ demands during their studies. Supervisors’ appropriate performance would lead students to a proper grip on educational goals. With respect to the essential role of counseling and supervision, this study aimed at determining the status of supervisors’ performance in students’ views in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences.Materials And MethodsIn this descriptive and cross-sectional study 680 sophomore students (in all fields) were studied by census. Data gathering tool consisted of a two-part questionnaire, with 79% reliability, scored according to the Ministry of Health instructions. Scores revealed supervisors’ performance in three levels. Findings were analyzed by statistical tests including frequency test and λ2 in SPSS.Results77.9% of persons were females aged 19-35 years old. Educational problems (59.2%) were the most frequent reasons for seeking assistance. 37.9% of students evaluated supervisors’ performance as inappropriate, 44.38% as moderate, and 17.73% as appropriate.ConclusionResults did not show a good level of satisfaction of supervisors’ performances. While holding positive attitudes toward educational counseling and supervision, it is, therefore, recommended to evaluate supervisors’ performances and outcomes in order to develop organized educational programs to upgrade academic institutional ideals.Keywords: Supervisor, Students, Educational Counseling, Satisfaction, Performance

Page 29IntroductionThis survey aimed to investigate the nurse's knowledge of patient's bill of rights in teaching hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences during 2011.Materials And MethodsThis is a descriptive and cross-sectional study in which 161 nurses working in hospitals of Birjand University of Medical Sciences were surveyed. The data collection tool comprised a questionnaire including demographic information and knowledge questions. SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze the data, using descriptive statistics and frequency tables.ResultsThe majority of participating nurses showed adequate knowledge of patient's rights in the field of health services disregarding the racial, religious, and cultural issues involved. Participants, on the other hand, had the least trust regarding the medical staff confidentiality and the presence of people not directly involved the treatment process. Comparisons between nurse's knowledge scores and other variables including gender, marital status, educational level, and occupation were fulfilled.ConclusionRegarding the importance of Patient's bill of rights, authorities are demanded to provide adequate theoretical and practical guides for nurses and set additional sanctions for elevating the medical education system in country.Keywords: Nurses, Patient's Bill of Rights, Knowledge

Page 37IntroductionDuring recent years our country has witnessed youths who specifically tend to act like the opposite sex. It can challenge our social as well as ethical affairs. This study aimed at determining the relation between transvestitism and the level of sexual hormones in youths.Materials And MethodsThis was a case-control and analytical study performed on 60 people (30 cases and 30 controls). The case group was selected by convenient sampling. The inclusion criteria comprised of undertaking acts which were at odds with the persons’ sexualities. The data gathering tool consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire content and face validities were confirmed by 10 university professors. The questionnaire reliability was then measured by Cronbach's alpha (r=0.81). Blood samples were taken from both groups. The difference between the mean hormonal levels and independent T was measured in SPSS 15.0.ResultsThe mean estrogen level in males was 24.67 ± 0.40 pg/ml and the mean testosterone level means was 3.85 ± 0.42 mg/ml in females. No significant relationship was observed between hormonal levels and transvestitism (p=0.123).ConclusionDue to the lack of significant hormonal differences between the two groups, it can be concluded that this phenomenon is rooted in a host of sociocultural factors which raise it as an ethical controversy in society.Keywords: Transvestitism, Sexual Hormones, Sexual Identity
