    These studies try for the Examination of training and educational status of the Imam Ali University. In this study, 330 students through the method of the stratified sampling were chosen in order to obtain the attitude of students about the six components (religious, military, cultural- educational, cognitive, personality and relationship); data were collected though open and closed- ended questionnaire. The questionnaire had a authentic reliability and validity; (reliability is tested through corn baths alpha, and validity through beneficial validity). Finding show that the university has a successful action in training the six components (Cognitive, personality and relationship) need to extra programming and training.

    This research examine the effective factors on development of creativity in students of Imam Ali (GH) university from the viewpoint teachers and managers, commanders and specialists of Islamic Republic of Iran army. This research including  person ( teachers and commanders)  managers and  education expert) Founding showed that  factors including creativity and content, culture and social relations, teacher, training environment, students strive, the power of human relationship, the students attachment, family and the methods of teaching in development of creativity are effective and finally  indexes for development of creativity collected and worked out. The results of this research is similar to the last researches.

    Regarding to the position of military organizations life, examining the effect of recruitment of volunteers process is obtained from a research under the title of "recruitment of military operation personnel strategy, to confront the threats" that performed practically. In this research, in addition to the current condition of recruitment, the effect of personality proportion by related job, the effect of organizations life cycle in recruitment process, and real awareness of job, before entrance into the organization, have been examined. Army, has an important role to defend the country against the threats. Then, we should find the ways cause military forces efficiency to reach to the high level. In this research more than  effective factors (interoffice, and individual) in personnel efficiency recognized that "regarding to the different personnel (creative, executive) in different sections of life" is one of them. Then after assigning these organization units life, the effect of reducing "creative/ innovator" and "executive" personnel in old age of organization and authenticity of the theory admitted. After performing the experiments, generalization ability and result confirmation, correcting current recruitment system offered as away to use this matter in addition to the current conditions of recruitment.

    regarding to the different characters and individual characteristics, individual difference, is a considerable subject. Personality is an effective variable in individual differences. Personality is the whole part of a person, and including general condition of body, skills, inclinations, desires, outward appearance, sensations and excitements, habits, intelligence, morals characteristics, activity, beliefs and ideas of a person. Personality including what a person is today and what he/she hopes to be. Then each character that distinct a person to another, makes an aspect of a person that may be of bodily characters such as, power, fatness, thinness, beauty, ugliness, …. Or mental such as intelligence, talent, ideas and opinions,. … or to be exciting and sentimental such as timidity and intrepidity, fury and tranquility, …. Or moral such as veracity, mendacity, carelessness,… also this character may be hereditary such as tallness, skin color, hair color or to be acquired virtues such as tendencies, religious and political beliefs, … comparing the characteristics of personality in organizations and its effect on operation obligation and responsibility in personnel, was the disturbance of senior managers and chiefs for a long time and in this research, that is a summery of the research that did about one of an important personality factors (control source) and its relation with the level of obligation and responsibility in IRI Army personnel, proceeded to this subject.
