    مدیریت کارآمد انبارهای خرده فروشی با چالش های متعددی همراه است و شناسایی معیارهای کلیدی برای ارزیابی عملکرد این انبارها اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش آن است که کدام معیارها برای ارزیابی عملکرد انبارهای خرده فروشی مهم تر هستند. در این مطالعه، ابتدا معیارهای مرتبط با عملکرد انبارها از طریق بررسی جامع ادبیات و تحلیل تحقیقات پیشین شناسایی و استخراج شدند. سپس این معیارها با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و نظرات متخصصان حوزه ارزیابی شدند. در گام بعد، معیارهای تاییدشده به کمک روش بهترین-بدترین فازی رتبه بندی و اولویت بندی شدند تا اهمیت نسبی هر معیار مشخص شود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که معیارهای دقت موجودی و زمان انتقال از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارند و تاثیر مستقیمی بر بهره وری و کاهش هزینه های انبارداری دارند. همچنین، بهره وری کارگر و زمان برداشت، هزینه کمبود موجودی و کیفیت انتقال از دیگر عوامل مهم بودند که نشان دهنده نقش کارایی نیروی انسانی در بهبود عملکرد انبار است. معیارهایی مثل هزینه حمل و نقل، امنیت و رعایت استانداردها نسبت به سایر معیارها اهمیت کمتری داشته اند. این یافته ها با بسیاری از مطالعات پیشین همخوانی داشته و تاکید می کنند که مدیریت دقیق موجودی و بهینه سازی فرآیندهای انبار برای افزایش کارایی ضروری است. این نتایج می توانند به مدیران کمک کنند تا تصمیمات بهتری در جهت بهبود عملکرد انبارها و افزایش رضایت مشتریان اتخاذ کنند.

    Efficient management of retail warehouses is associated with multiple challenges, and identifying key criteria for evaluating the performance of these warehouses is of particular importance. The primary research question in this study is: which criteria are more important for evaluating the performance of retail warehouses? In this study, performance-related criteria were initially identified and extracted through a comprehensive review of the literature and analysis of previous research. Subsequently, these criteria were evaluated using the fuzzy Delphi method and expert opinions in the field. In the next step, the validated criteria were ranked and prioritized using the fuzzy Best-Worst Method (FBWM) to determine the relative importance of each criterion. The results of the study indicated that inventory accuracy and transfer time are of high importance and have a direct impact on warehouse productivity and cost reduction. Additionally, labor productivity, picking time, stockout cost, and transfer quality were among other important factors, highlighting the role of human efficiency in improving warehouse performance. Criteria such as transportation cost, safety, and compliance with standards were considered less important compared to others. These findings are consistent with many previous studies and emphasize that accurate inventory management and optimization of warehouse processes are essential for enhancing efficiency. These results can assist managers in making better decisions aimed at improving warehouse performance and increasing customer satisfaction.

    Cooperative banks, due to their socially oriented nature, play a crucial role in the socio-economic development of local communities, with the expansion of new technologies, making them ideal candidates for the implementation of AI-based social banking. Despite extensive literature on social banking and AI applications separately, there is a significant research gap regarding comprehensive models that specifically integrate AI functionalities with social banking principles in cooperative banking contexts. Furthermore, previous studies have not adequately addressed the specific conditions of developing countries such as Iran, especially considering unique challenges such as international sanctions and local economic constraints. This study adopted a two-stage qualitative approach. First, we systematically reviewed 36 academic articles published between 2014 and 2024 using a meta-synthesis methodology to identify initial dimensions and constructs. Second, we used the Fuzzy Delphi method with 15 banking industry experts to validate and localise the model through three rounds of evaluation, using a 0.7 threshold for final component acceptance. The research results led to the identification of 9 main dimensions and 56 components, with defuzzified values ranging from 0.719 to 0.881. The dimensions include AI technology and infrastructure, social development and community empowerment, financial and economic aspects, management and strategy, legal and regulatory framework, banking products and services, customer centricity, risk and security, and sustainability. Quantitative analysis revealed that components such as localisation of AI technologies (0.754), empowerment of female-headed households (0.769), supply chain financing (0.881), sanctions management (0.787), and alternative foreign exchange services (0.822) received the highest expert consensus, reflecting their critical importance in the Iranian banking context.

    Construction projects are frequently associated with a high incidence of cost overruns. To address this issue, the present study adopts a descriptive and survey-based approach to identify and rank the factors that contribute to construction costs. The study's statistical population comprises ten expert specialists, and the fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) with Analytical Network Process (ANP) (DANP) technique is utilized to evaluate the research factors. Additionally, the fuzzy DANP and Delphi methods are employed to rank the essential dimensions and criteria of the research. The study's findings reveal that environmental factors are the primary cause of construction cost overruns, followed by managerial factors and legal and administrative factors, respectively. Dynamic conditions often result in unpredictable challenges for environmental factors, making them a critical driver of construction cost overruns. Therefore, environmental factors play a significant role in contributing to construction cost overruns.

    Objective

    Internal marketing has been developed in various forms in all types of organizations. Mainly, internal marketing has been studied as a motivational strategy in service companies. Goods manufacturing industries have not benefited much from the use of internal marketing in strengthening employees' extra-role behaviors. Customer orientation is one of the extra-role behaviors of employees, which in turn is the source of value for internal and external customers. When we follow the internal process segmentation approach, the organization is divided into a set of internal suppliers and internal customers. In this case, it becomes important to study the customer-oriented behavior of employees in the exchanges within the organization. To ensure the implementation of internal marketing in manufacturing organizations, in a way that best meets the needs of these organizations, it was necessary to conduct a study specific to manufacturing industries; a study that included the identification of internal marketing components with a customer-oriented approach. The purpose of the current research was to identify and introduce the dimensions of internal marketing with a customer-oriented approach of employees in manufacturing industries.

    Method

    This is a sequential mixed research in the inductive paradigm that was conducted in qualitative-quantitative phases. Its purpose is practical and its nature is exploratory. The data collection of the qualitative phase was carried out during semi-structured interviews that continued until theoretical saturation, and finally 15 experts and managers of manufacturing industries and university professors in the field of management participated in it. Qualitative phase analysis was done with them analysis approach using MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part, the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire was used to reach the consensus of the expert group on the dimensions identified in the qualitative phase.

    Conclusion

    The results indicate the extraction of internal marketing dimensions with a customer-oriented approach in comprehensive themes (individual factors of employees and managers, organizational factors, motivational factors) and in 9 organizational themes, 1- Demographic characteristics 2- Organizational citizenship behavior of employees and managers 3 - Managers' support 4- Internal communication 5- participatory management 6- Promotion of customer-oriented culture 7- Employee job security 8- Job satisfaction 9- Appreciation and 44 basic themes.

    Today, due to the lack of a systematic approach to selecting knowledge management (KM) tools and practices, various organizational units face different challenges, resulting in the organization's failure to achieve its goals. This study aims to propose a hybrid multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) and multi-objective decision-making (MODM) model to provide organizational managers with a systematic method for selecting KM tools and practices appropriate to the knowledge issues facing their organization. This study first identified the tools and practices in KM and then modified these tools and practices using the fuzzy Delphi method. After conducting a literature review, the criteria and sub-criteria used to evaluate these tools and practices were identified and weighted according to the Best Worst Method (BWM). A fuzzy TOPSIS method was then used to rank the tools and practices based on the weights derived from the criteria and sub-criteria. An allocation model using bi-objective mathematical programming was developed as a final step to allocate KM tools and practices to organizational knowledge issues. According to the analysis of the criteria and sub-criteria, "stakeholder satisfaction" ranks highest among the main criteria, while "capital costs," "knowledge transfer," and "customers" rank highest among the sub-criteria. Based on the evaluation of KM tools and practices, "social media" ranked first among tools, and "ideation sessions" ranked first among practices. Following the solution of the model, it was determined how each tool and practice should be allocated to knowledge issues. In general, 200 points were generated on the Pareto front as a result of solving the model.

    Introduction

    Today, environmental issues are more sensitive among societies than in the past, and governments are expected to take the necessary measures to reduce environmental pollution and destruction and damage to the health of human and animal communities as much as possible. One of these solutions is to use the green tax tool, which, despite its high effectiveness, faces many obstacles in the way of implementation. Therefore, the aim of the research is to identify and prioritize the obstacles to the implementation of green tax policies with an emphasis on the protection of human and animal communities.

    Materials & Methods

    The current research is applied in terms of purpose and is among quantitative research. After examining the theoretical foundations and previous researches, 51 implementation obstacles were identified and in the next step, the fuzzy Delphi method was used in order to localize and determine the implementation obstacles of green tax policies. For this purpose, 12 experts were polled with a market questionnaire and after 3 round trips, the experts reached a consensus. Next, TOPSIS fuzzy method was used in order to prioritize the identified obstacles. For this purpose, 32 managers and specialists, who were selected purposefully, were asked for their opinions with a questionnaire.

    Results

    Based on the findings of the fuzzy Delphi phase, 47 obstacles and 10 dimensions for the implementation of green tax policies were identified. Also, the results of the TOPSIS fuzzy method showed that the most important obstacles include "bureaucratic structure in the policy implementation organization", "weak content and lack of integration of policy components" and "weak leadership skills among executive managers".

    Conclusion

    The results of the research showed that the implementation of green tax policies has a complex and multiple nature, and for success, a set of factors related to the executive organization, auditors and experts, policy content and external factors should be considered. Finally, the results show that the implementation of green taxes is necessary to achieve the goals of sustainable development and the protection of human and animal communities in order to reduce damage and pollution.

    The purpose of this research is the design The Organizational Aesthetics Pattern with Grounded Theory. Current research is exploratory-applied research in terms of purpose, deductive in terms of method, descriptive survey and it is qualitative research. First, 11 experts were interviewed using the theoretical sampling method. Then, the interviews were analyzed by using Grounded Theory, and 189 items were identified as primary concepts from the context of the interview by open coding, and they are categorized as 16 organizer themes, 50 basic themes, and five categories. In the quantitative part of the research, a questionnaire was distributed based on the statistical society of 412 and it was analyzed by data analysis in SPSS software. In the qualitative part of the research, the dimensions of causal condition (2 organizer themes and 8 basic themes), intervening condition (2 organizer themes and 4 basic themes), contextual condition (2 organizer themes and 9 basic themes), strategic condition (3 organizer themes and 9 basic themes) and consequential condition (5 organizer themes and 16 basic themes) were determined and the process of activity and the pattern were created in the following. Also, it can be concluded according to the derived results, the composed model has acceptable reliability and validity and it can be used as a trustful model to design the organizational aesthetics pattern.

    By focusing on the fuzzy Delphi technique (FDM), the current research introduces a novel approach to modeling Persian vernacular architecture. Fuzzy Delphi is a more advanced version of the Delphi Method, which utilizes triangulation statistics to determine the distance between the levels of consensus within the expert panel and deals with the measurement uncertainty of qualitative data. In this sense, the main objective of the Delphi method is to acquire the most reliable consensus of a group of expert opinions; an advantage that helps the current study to answer the main question of the research, that is, determining the efficacy of fuzzy Delphi technique in intelligent modeling of Persian vernacular architecture. Therefore, in order to identify the main factors of the research model, systematic literature reviews as well as semi-structured interviews with experts were conducted. Then, with the usage of Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA), various themes were obtained and employed as the main factors of the research model. Finally, by utilizing the fuzzy Delphi technique, the present study examined the degree of certainty and accuracy of the factors in two stages and identified 28 factors in the modeling of Persian vernacular architecture.

    Iran automakers have achieved technological capabilities in two ways, Under license, and internal design and development. This research seeks to identify and compare the technological capabilities factors created by these two methods. By the library studies and the opinion of industry experts, 9 factors of the Panda and Ramanathan model were selected. The measurement model was followed by defining 67 sub-factors, which were reduced to 47 by the fuzzy Delphi technique. DANP (DEMATEL+ANP) technique is used to weight the factors and sub-factors. Then, by using the TOPSIS technique and the weights extracted from the DANP step, 6 projects from two groups under license, and internal design and development were ranked and compared according to the level of technological capabilities absorbed. It's found that the SAMAND project (Internal development) has been ranked first in attracting technological capabilities, and both methods are essential in catching up with technology to cover the gap with pioneer car manufacturers.

    هدف اصلی این مطالعه شناسایی و اولویت بندی فاکتورهای بحرانی در توسعه صنعت 0/4 در صنعت روی است.

    روش شناسی پژوهش: 

    روش پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-پیمایشی از نظر هدف و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 70 نفر از خبرگان صنعت روی با دانش کافی در زمینه انقلاب صنعتی چهارم است. نمونه گیری از تمامی اعضای جامعه آماری صورت گرفته است.

    یافته ها

    نتایج نشان می دهد که 11 عامل از نظر اثربخشی در صنعت توسط خبرگان تایید شده اند. اهمیت عوامل تعیین شده و وزن آن ها محاسبه شده و به ترتیب اهمیت اولویت بندی شده اند.

    اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی:

     این مطالعه به مدیران و متخصصان صنعت روی در ایجاد یک نقشه راه برای پیاده سازی مناسب عوامل کلیدی انقلاب صنعتی چهارم کمک شایانی خواهد کرد.

    Purpose

    The main aim of this study is to identify and prioritize critical factors in the development of Industry 4.0 in the steel industry.

    Methodology

    The identified method is a descriptive survey study in terms of objective and applied nature. The statistical population of this research includes 70 experts in the steel industry with sufficient knowledge in the field of Industry 4.0. Sampling was done from all members of the statistical population.

    Findings

    The results indicate that 11 factors have been confirmed by experts in terms of effectiveness in the industry. The importance of these factors has been calculated and prioritized accordingly.

    Originality/Value:

     This study will assist managers and experts in the steel industry in creating a roadmap for the appropriate implementation of key factors in Industry 4.0, providing significant help.

    The issue of integration in different industries is very important and brings many benefits at different economic and social levels. Given the size of the telecommunications industry, this industry is no exception to this rule and the integration of telecommunications infrastructure creates a lot of added value. But the interactions between tangible and intangible indicators have emerged by doing so, which policymakers must consider. Our goal is to study the integration of telecommunications infrastructure and study its interactions on factors identified by experts and then verified. To achieve the correct result, after collecting the opinions of industry experts, using the fuzzy Delphi method and after the steps of this method, the effective factors were examined and the basic indicators that should be considered were identified and ranked. Classified. Then, in order to determine the effect of each of the indicators on the integration of telecommunication technology infrastructure, by combining fuzzy logic and the formation of a neural network through the mathematical method of Enfis, the extent and how the effect of all factors was examined. These results are a new approach in the telecommunications industry and design an innovative model for this industry.

    In this article, based on the content analysis technique and using an interview tool, we identified the factors affecting the financial behavior model based on psychological factors with the approach of capital efficiency. The identified agents were screened using the fuzzy Delphi technique. Finally, the relevant structural model was presented. The statistical population includes professors and experts in the field of accounting, of which 12 people were sampled through the snowball technique. To collect data, the field method was used with the help of specialized interviews with experts and the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire. Data were analyzed by theme analysis method using MAXQDA software. Based on the library studies of scientific articles and books and reflection on past research, it seems that two categories of internal and external factors (dimensions) can affect the behavioral process of individual investors in the stock market. Three economic, political, and psychological components in the external dimension and two components of the stock market and company conditions were expressed as factors of the internal dimension. Accordingly, it seems that these are the main influencing factors. Psychological characteristics (optimism, overconfidence, risk aversion, and emotion) were identified in this section. The Personality factor was added to the model based on theoretical foundations and studies. According to modern behavioral finance theories, many behavioral issues are involved in investors' decision-making, the most important of which are psychological and Personality factors. People do not always act rationally and often behave unexpectedly and unpredictably. Personal characteristics play an important role in decision-making.

    Fluctuations in asset prices and the resulting uncertainty are one of the most important macroeconomic variables that affect different sectors of the economy in various ways. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify and rank financial market risks in Iran. This study was performed in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes the University of Professors in the field of economics in Iran, where 1010 people were selected as a statistical sample by available sampling. The statistical population in the quantitative section were professors and doctoral students in the field of economics. By random sampling method, 3030 people were selected. Data collection tools are the Delphi questionnaire and pairwise comparison questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by fuzzy Delphi and AHP methods. In the results of the qualitative section, 7 components including 44 components for bad economic uncertainty and 33 components for good economic uncertainty were identified. In the results of the quantitative section, stock index uncertainty with a weight of 0.3910.391 and inflation uncertainty with a weight of 0.2760.276 rank first and second in bad economic uncertainty. Also, economic growth uncertainty with a weight of 0.4930.493 and liberalization of financial markets with a weight of 0.3110.311 rank first and second in good economic uncertainty, respectively.

    زمینه و هدف

    نیروگاه های حرارتی با مصرف قابل توجه سوخت های فسیلی، نقش عمده ای در تولید آلاینده های هوا دارند. اکسیدهای نیتروژن از جمله این آلاینده ها هستند. تاکنون هیچ یک ازنیروگاه های حرارتی ایران به فناوری های کاهش و کنترل انتشار اکسیدهای نیتروژن تجهیز نشده اند. با توجه به ضرورت کاهش آلاینده های ناشی از احتراق سوخت در نیروگاه های کشور، و تحمیل هزینه های گزاف اجتماعی ناشی از انتشار بی رویه آلاینده ها این مقاله با هدف ارایه راهکاری به منظور تحلیل عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انتخاب فناوری های کاهنده اکسیدهای نیتروژن با منشا فعالیت های نیروگاهی و نیز اولویت بندی و انتخاب آن ها با رویکرد سرمایه گذاری در فناوری های کاهنده انتشار این آلاینده در نیروگاه های حرارتی ایران انجام گرفته است.

    روش بررسی

    در این پژوهش ابتدا با مطلعه گسترده پژوهش های انجام شده در این زمینه، فناوری های موجود در سطح جهان و نیز اهم معیارهای موثر در تاثیر گذاری آن ها شناسایی شده و در گام بعد به منظور انطباق این معیارها با شرایط ایران، از تکنیک دلفی فازی به منظور تایید نهایی معیارها استفاده شد. به منظور وزن دهی به معیارها و سپس رتبه بندی فناوری های موجود از تکنیک رتبه بندی نوین SECA استفاده می شود.

    یافته ها

      نتایج پژوهش  که در سال 1399 انجام گرفته است نشان داد که تکنولوژی های IFGR، OFA ، Flameless ، LNB، FR به ترتیب اولویت اول تا پنجم را به خود اختصاص دادند که با توجه با این مطلب که جملگی آنها جزء تکنولوژی های اصلاح فرآیند احتراق هستند، در واقع نشان دهنده این واقعیت است که فن آوری های اصلاح فرآیند احتراق از اولویت بالاتری نسبت به سایر گروه های فنآوری برخوردار هستند.

    Background and Objectives

    Thermal power plants with significant consumption of fossil fuels play a major role in the production of air pollutants. Nitrogen oxides are among these pollutants. So far, none of Iran's thermal power plants have been equipped with technologies to reduce and control nitrogen oxide emissions. Considering the necessity of reducing pollutants caused by fuel combustion in the country's power plants, and imposing excessive social costs due to the excessive emission of pollutants, this article aims to provide a solution to analyze the factors affecting the selection of reducing technologies. Nitrogen oxides with the origin of power plant activities and also their prioritization and selection with the approach of investing in technologies to reduce the emission of this pollutant in Iran's thermal power plants has been done.

    Material and Methodology

    In this research, first, with the widespread knowledge of the researches conducted in this field, the existing technologies in the world and also the most important criteria influencing their effectiveness have been identified and in the next step, in order to adapt these criteria to the conditions of Iran, Fuzzy Delphi technique was used to finalize the criteria. In order to weigh the criteria and then rank the existing technologies, the new SECA ranking technique is used.

    Findings

    The results showed that IFGR technology, OFA, Flameless Combustion, LNB and FR(Fuel reburning) were the first to fifth priority of technology selection,  respectively.

    Discussion and Conclusion

    The sum of these technological assessments will help to create more suitable and sustainable environmental conditions and less vulnerability of ecological systems.

    The present study is a quasi-experimental and applied study and has been done through different stages and with a qualitative or judgmental method. The qualitative part of the research includes interviews with experts. The statistical population of the present study consisted of experts familiar with the subject of research (university professors in the field of accounting and finance) and relevant managers and experts of auditing firms and those in charge of affairs in the auditing organization. After counting the comments, the research data were analyzed using the fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy network analysis. Based on the results obtained from the fuzzy Delphi method, external auditing quality, legal requirements, professional standards, auditors' professional independence, professional ethics standards in auditing, auditing clients, professional staff of auditing firms, competition In the auditing market and finally the general public were the factors affecting the quality of auditing firms. The findings of the study indicated that the standards of professional ethics and legal requirements had the first and second priorities, respectively.

    مشارکت عمومی به عنوان بخش جدایی ناپذیر از ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی و در راستای دستیابی به اصول توسعه پایدار شناخته می شود. از جمله مزایای مشارکت عمومی در ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی بهبود کیفیت برنامه ها و پروژه ها و ایجاد پذیرش برای پروژه از سوی مردم است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت موجود مشارکت عمومی در ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی ایران و مقایسه آن با وضعیت مطلوب به روش دلفی فازی می باشد. به این منظور پرسش نامه ای محقق ساخت تهیه شد و روایی آن توسط استادان و صاحب نظران تایید گردید و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 919/0 سنجیده شد. پانل دلفی از میان چهار حوزه سازمان و اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست، انجمن ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی ایران، دانشگاه ها و شرکت های مهندسین مشاور شناسایی شدند و 25 متخصص نظر خود را در طول دو راند ارایه دادند. نتایج بررسی وضعیت موجود، حاکی از این مساله می باشد که، ازجمله عوامل مورد توافق در میان خبرگان در ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب، تجدیدنظر در سیاست ها، تدوین دستورالعمل ها، تعیین چارچوب ها و استاندارهای مشارکت عمومی و همچنین آموزش مستمر و ارتقا آگاهی و نگرش در میان همه دست اندرکاران ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی می باشد.

    Public participation is an integral part of environmental impact assessment (EIA) in order to achieve sustainable development principles. The aims of public participation in EIA vary from improving the quality of plans and projects, improving implementation by preventing litigation and costly delays and meeting legal requirements, to improving active citizenship, complementing democracy, protecting individual rights and creating acceptance for the project’s outcome. Thus, this study was aimed at investigating the current status of public participation in EIA of Iran and compare it with desirable state. This study applied the fuzzy Delphi method In order to map the desired situation and compare it with the current status of public participation in the Iran. The results show that lack of adequate attention to the public participation, leads to major shortcomings in the levels and methods of public participation in EIA reports. Effective factors in achieving the desired status are: revision of policies, procedures, determination of frameworks and standards of public participation and continuous training and awareness among all stakeholders of environmental impact assessment.

    با توجه به این که تالاب ها حد فاصل آب و خشکی هستند، از اهمیت زیادی برای امرار معاش جوامع محلی اطراف، برخوردار می باشند. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین عوامل موثر بر تخریب تالاب امیرکلایه واقع در استان گیلان می باشد. معیارهای مورد نظر بر اساس اهداف سیپا در نظر گرفته شده است که شامل 4 معیار ارتباطات، آموزش، مشارکت و آگاهی افزایی می باشد. معیار ارتباطات شامل 6 زیرمعیار، معیار آموزش شامل 5 زیرمعیار، معیار مشارکت با 3 زیرمعیار و معیار آگاهی افزایی با 6 زیرمعیار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. با بهره گیری از تکنیک دلفی فازی، معیارها و زیرمعیارها اولویت بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد بخشی نگری سازمان های ذی نفع، عدم آشنایی به ضوابط و رژیم حقوقی تالاب امیرکلایه، عدم توجه و تکیه بر دانش بومی منطقه، کمبود آگاهی از ارزش ها و کارکردها و تهدیدهای تالاب و عدم اصلاح و به روز رسانی قوانین بازدارنده (مانند جرایم و مقررات مربوطه) از مهم ترین عوامل موثر شناخته شدند.

    Wetlands are between water and land; they are of great importance for the livelihoods of the local communities. The aim of this study is to determine the factors influencing the destruction of Amir Kalayeh wetland in Guilan province. The criteria are based on CIPA goals, including 4 criteria as communication, education, participation and awareness-raising. Communication criteria consisted of 6 sub-criteria, education criterion with 5 sub-criteria, participation criteria with 3 sub-criteria and awareness-raising criterion with 6 sub-criteria. The criteria and sub-criteria were prioritized using fuzzy Delphi technique. The results showed the factors as sectional viewpoint of the organizations, lack of knowledge of the rules and legal regime of Amir Kalayeh wetland, lack of attention and reliance on indigenous knowledge, lack of awareness about the values, functions and threats of wetlands, and lack of reform and updating of deterrent laws (such as crimes and regulations) were identified as the most important contributing factors.

    آموزش وپرورش یکی از مهمترین ارگان ها در کشور است که علاوه بر وظیفه تعلیم و تربیت می تواند نقش مهمی در آموزش رفتارهای زیست محیطی به دانش آموزان ایفا نماید. متاسفانه بدلیل خلاهای آموزشی و عدم آگاهی های زیست محیطی و نبود احساس مسئولیت در جامعه مشکلات زیست محیطی در کشور به مرز بحران رسیده است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های موثر بر حفاظت از محیط زیست توسط دانش آموزان می باشد. روش این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده ها یک پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 21 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان اداره محیط زیست و منابع طبیعی، شهرداری، آموزش وپرورش و گردشگری استان کرمانشاه می باشد. در این پژوهش بر اساس ادبیات نظری، شاخص های موثر بر حفاظت از محیط زیست شناسایی شده و به شکل چهار معیار (آگاهی، آموزش و اطلاع رسانی، مسئولیت پذیری و علاقمندی و مشارکت) و 38 زیر معیار دسته بندی شده اند. در نهایت، این شاخص ها با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی تک مرحله ای تحلیل شده تا مهمترین آنها شناسایی شوند.

    Education is one of the most important organs in the country which besides the task of education can play an important role in educating students about environmental behavior. Unfortunately, due to educational gaps and lack of environmental awareness and lack of sense of responsibility in the society, environmental problems in the country have reached the limit of crisis. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective dimensions and components of environmental protection by students. The purpose of this research is applied and in terms of data collection is a descriptive-survey research. The study population consisted of 21 experts and experts of Kermanshah Province Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Municipalities, Education and Tourism. Based on the theoretical literature, environmental impact indicators have been identified in this study and classified into four sub-criteria (awareness, education and information, responsibility and interest and participation) and 38 sub-criteria. Finally, these indices are analyzed using single-stage fuzzy Delphi method to identify the most important ones.
