Identifying critical points and improvement solutions in supply chain By using SCOR model, constraints theory and six sigma

This research has used innovative idea of combining SCOR model, constraints theory philosophy and six sigma improvement methodology in order to identify critical points and represent improvement solutions of whole supply chain performance. For identifying critical points in supply chain, SCOR, Shefferd and Gunter measurements that prepare capability of supply chain systematic measuring, were used. Studied unit in this research was Pillevaran manufacturing company which had a project nature. Since critical points were identified, it was specified that planning process for supply chain was the weakest process, and also, period improvement of project accomplishment was the weakest element of process. Then, the problem was particularly defined, measured and analyzed. Afterwards, some propositions were represented.
