The purpose of the present study is to provide a Multi Attribute Decision Making model in order to outsource the process of Azin-Tane Company. To this end, 19 effective attributes were driven after doing initial researches and providing some scientific documents. Among those attributes, just four including consistency, cost, quality, reputation, and supplying credit were taken into account by industry experts. Their great significance resulted in selecting and studying the outsourcing strategy concerning the Azin-Tane Company. Regarding the particular characteristics associated with ANP including its use in safe places as well as relationships among the attributes, it is used for giving priority to three alternatives: on-shore outsourcing, off-shore outsourcing, and non outsourcing. The results indicate that on-shore outsourcing was superior to the other two and took priority over them.
