Experimental Reviewing of the Relationship Between Innovation Distribution and Organizational Confidence and their Effects on Mobile Banking Acceptance

Abstract:
Technology acceptance especially in banks which are considered technology‏oriented and technology has an important role in their competitiveness, generally is one of the most important components of success and orientation in Banks, however On the other hand if there is Lack of trust and confidence in the organization's customers, Technology acceptance will be accomplished through a slow process. Hence Researchers have taken the relationship between technology acceptance and organizational trust and its impact on the performance of organizations into consideration. In this study, based on survey data and in the framework of Roger’s theory of technology acceptance and Mayer's theory of organizational trust, examining the relationship between these two factors And their impact on the performance of Mobile Banking From customers have been investigated. To examine the relationship between models variables, Regression is used which In this regard the structural equation model and specifically the structural models of Path analysis are utilized. It should be noted that to confirm or reject hypotheses, Standard coefficient is used in addition to the Test statistic and corresponding p-value. For all paths, Safety coefficient And the error level are 95% and5% respectively. The results Have shown that especially About Acceptance of mobile banking services, Trust is Of the very important role that If is not based on awareness, Acceptance of mobile banking would be Slowly accomplished.
