The Study of organizational health rate of the state Guidance schools of Hamedan.

The main purpose of this research is the study of the rate of guidance schools organizational health from teachers point of view in Hamedan. The research method is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population are all guidance school teachers of Hamedan at (2010-2011) academic year. Using stratified random sampling method about 298 teachers (131 men and 167 women) were selected as statistical sample. The data gathering instrument is Hoys and et. al. standard organizational health questionnaire. The validity of the queastionnaire appreciated by was approved by professors of management field and its reliability computed using cronbachs alpha was about (0/92). The statistical methods include descriptive and inferential tests such as independent samples T-test, kolmogrov-Smironov and Levin equality of variance test. Research findings show that the rate of guidance schools organizational health is more than the average. Also girls and boys school have similar positions concering organizational health. Moreover، findings show that the rate of the organizational health is different depending on the age and the educational record of the teachers but there is no difference different regarding teachers different educational leve.
