Explanation of the Relationship between Applying Information Technology with Entrepreneurship and Job Achievement among High Schools Staffs in Bastak City

The purpose of this research was to explain the relationship between the application of information technology with entrepreneurship and job achievement among the staff of high schools in Bastak City. The statistical population for the research consisted of all 240 staffs worked at Bastak high schools in 2011-12 academic year. Based on Morgan Table، 150 staffs were selected on classified random method as sample، 102 men and 48 females. The study was conducted on descriptive and correlation method. Information Technology Questionnaire، Entrepreneurship Questionnaire، and Job Achievement Questionnaire، were three instruments used to collect data، whose reliabilities were assured by test of Cronbach Alpha. Regression analysis was used to respond to research hypotheses. The study revealed a meaningful relationship between the variables in the study.
