Produce Well Petri Dish for Fungi Sensitivity Measurement

Abstract:
Background And Objectives
The main advantage of our recently design plate for measuring the antifungal therapy includes its feasibility، simplicity، time consuming and ruler is unnecessary for reading the results.
Materials And Methods
At first we designed wells with mm depth and 42 mm diameter according to CLSI data’s for antibiotics and microorganisms reactions، of 2-10 wells models plate. Antifungal materials entered in the center of these wells that were filled with medium no-growth. Report is non-growth halo on bottom these plates after incubation.
Results
Reported based on the small scaling ruler that is designed in the base of the well. Non-growth hallows was detected in different of densities of Fluconazole by 9 and 15 mm in sizes، but other wells containing Ciprofloxacin and Gentamicin did not appeared any non-growth hallow.
Conclusion
This new plate could decrease the probably of errors، contaminations and interference. Meanwhile it is time consumption feasibility.
