Measurement of Satisfaction Of an organization(Case study: Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization)

The most important indicators of development and effectiveness of an organization is satisfaction with the organization is those that fuse and the services they use. Satisfaction is psychological state that satisfies the needs of a desire to achieve or avoid disgust or distaste, met expectations; freedom from doubt to achieve certainty, exercise or perform the obligations of a religion, color or compensation in humans is caused by the congregation. In this study, satisfaction with the performance of Hajj and pilgrimage organization, after the process of receiving services, wholesale and retail is measured in two ways. "Generally satisfied" with A Questioning and "Partial Satisfaction" in four dimensions (Satisfaction, satisfaction with services, satisfaction of caravan and the satisfaction of stakeholders caravans) are investigated. Moreover, the relationship "relationship" (Gender, age, education, occupation, income, place of residence, whether rural or urban, religion, or Bdbvdn Medina, Hajj and Umrah, visiting history, the Hajj expenses) and "Social Variables "(Note Caravans spiritual needs, social relationships, hardships of the journey, accepting hardships of travel and a sense of relative deprivation, providing participation in the Caravan, the Caravan of pilgrims in the partnership agreement), partial satisfaction were investigated. Population of Iranian Pilgrims in 1386, nearly 93,086 persons and a total of 2211 men and 1958 women, 4169 of whom had participated in the study. The data has been written and oral interviews, ultimately mean overall satisfaction with the performance of Hajj and pilgrimage organization, 03/4 and SD 5 94/0 were obtained. Partial satisfaction of the mean (65/3) and SD (89/0), respectively.
