The components of emotional intelligence as previously established international businesses

Abstract:
Emotional Intelligence reviews the appropriateness of the social relations and mental and emotional condition deals; i.e. to cope with different conditions in order to improve and promote their social and psychological needs. This research studies component of emotional intelligence as international business forecast. The study sample includes 364 undergraduate students at Tehran University selected in cluster sample. Bar-On model of Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and a questionnaire measure of international businesses MET were used as data collection tools. The analysis of research data and expert analysis on the validity were assessed using Pearson correlation. The results confirmed the hypothesis. In other words, the variables of emotional intelligence primarily show international entrepreneurship and business formation rates which is later to be used to check and Forecast international businesses.
