Intelligent System of Management and Road Accidents and Violation Publicity

There are lots of factors and parameters which are related to road accidents. Some of them have geographical features that are in time and place fences and others are descriptive information of accident. Communicating between this information and using them for reducing road fatalities need a intelligent management system that play effective instrumental role in traffic management and planning. As a result, in this applicablestudy, administrative levels and suggested designing system as a intelligent system of management and road accidents and violations publicity are presented.
