Explanation of Social Capital Effects on Organizational Life Cycle (An Empirical Study: West Hotels Organization of Mazandaran Province)

Social capital and life cycle of organization are the fundamental concepts in organization which in recent decades has been of interest to scholars in various fields. Organizations can more easily achieve the targets of growth stage by using these two concepts. The aim of the study is to determine the influence of social capital on the life cycle based on model equations structure in the hospitality society in the west of Mazandaran province. Method of data collection was a questionnaire, which had the 79 % reliability factor. Using the factor analysis test and structural equation modeling the hypotheses were tested. The results show that partnership, mutual respect and social solidarity variables have more cohesion with social capital. Also among all the scales, the complexity scale has a higher correlation with grades and has a greater weight in the calculation for the hidden variable of organization growth. At the end of the paper the above mentioned cases are summarized.
