Extradition of criminals in Iran's judicial system & International law; Emphasizing on Palermo convention orientation

Extradition of criminals is a process which requires international judicial cooperation & its successful fulfillment guarantees judicial justice & prevent criminals from escaping to other countries. Many countries have made rules about the extradition of criminals & have joined many international conventions in the last two centuries. Palermo convention is one of the most recent documents which includes thorough rules & regulations about extradition of criminals & many countries have joined it. Iran's judicial system made thorough & modern rules about extradition of the criminals in 1339 & has observed most of the international laws in this field. This paper tries to analyze the above-mentioned law & Palermo convention in the field extradition of criminals.
