Supporting children in armed conflicts

Children are not the cause of armed conflicts, but they have always sustained grave damages at different levels from these incidents. So as most such harm comes to this category of civilians, it has made many humanitarian organizations and governments to act in such a way as to protect this vulnerable group. Children's rights, as a part of universal declaration of human rights, enjoy the special attention of the international community. This community also readily admits the fact that children as a part of the society are exposed to some unique physical and psychological harm. In order to face that fact, some special legislation has been passed. As such, this article, considering the children right in international conventions, aims to come into a clear vision of these supportive laws.
