Modern and traditional organized crimes profits from the changes occur in the society. For this, the scopes of their activities are all around the world, and no part of it is safe from their treats. It is impossible to find a country in which the problems of organized crimes not existed. Only when the treat of these crimes becomes intensify that its domain covers more than two countries. Although, every severe crime conducted in special conditions is considered as organized crimes, most of the counties in the world are not able to offer a unique definition for it. The reason is that the rules and regulations of each country are different from each other.
