Study of Effectiveness of in-service training of the employee's perspective. (The case study)

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of staff training courses have been conducted. Four main variables for evaluating the effectiveness of training courses including training process, learner's quality, quality of teachers and teaching facilities. The research method is descriptive - correlation is. The population of Tehran Province Water and Wastewater Company, which is number 289. Therefore, employees are given a set of simple random sampling is used, 172 patients were selected according to Morgan. The instrument used to measure effectiveness of training courses is a 42 item questionnaire. Validity content validity of the teacher's guide, counselor and academic experts confirmed Thursday. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the questionnaire by 0/94, respectively. For data analysis, one-sample t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. The results of t-test showed that the subscales of the (process of teaching, learner's quality, quality educational facilities and teachers) in satisfaction of staff training is desirable. Between all four components of a comprehensive and effective system of staff training and there is a significant positive relationship.
