To Study the Basis of Bureaucracy Anthropology (Islamic Approach)

The main theme of the article is to analyze the fundamentals of Islamic approach in bureaucracy anthropology. Bureaucracy theory -developed by Max Weber - is studied in management science and in spite of science development in society; bureaucratic organizations still exist and indicates the power of the theory. The western view is different from Islamic view in this field and the present study is a comparison between Islamic anthropological approach and bureaucracy anthropology fundamentals. The method of the article is descriptive and document analysis. Generosity and nobility are the feathers of human being in Islamic approach. The present survey refers to the following characteristics as the bureaucracy anthropology fundamentals: neglecting the higher needs of human being, considering money as the best motivator, considering human being as robots…. The article concludes that we will find no solution if we merely consider the Islamic management principals or characteristics of Islamic anthropology. To get the best result in Islamic organization, we have to consider three factors at the same time: managmant, staff, and Islamic management principals.
