Message:
Abstract:
Some part of historical facts can be found in myths. Myth cannot be considered fake or meaningless. Undoubtedly myth contains an element of truth, otherwise it would not spread in the minds of people and become so powerful that it survived historical revolutions. Mythology in every nation can announce people from their changes and revolutions in every time. Hussein Mogeib Al-Massry is a mythologist that for the first time in a comparative research, in 2ooo, in Comparative Review of Arabic, Persian and Turkish Myth, analyzed and compared the Persian, Arabic and Turkish myths. The last chapter of this comparative review is devoted to the study of myth in contemporary Turkish poem. In this part, Mogeib Al-Massry writes a mythical criticism on Ziya Gökalp's Kizil Elma. Unlike many other countries, the two ancient myths of Kizil Elma and Ergene Qūn, have remained unknown in Iran. Thus, through a descriptive analysis, this paper endeavors attempts to describe the nature and origin of myth and analyzes the relation mythical criticism with comparative literature. Then, the two literary and effective writers Hussein Mogeib Al-Massry and Ziya Gökalp are introduced, and their works are studied and analyzed. The two myths of Kizil Elma and Ergene Qūn are studied and their meanings in Ziya Gökalp poem. Since this research is done for the first time in Iran, many important and remarkable points can be gained.
