Investigating the reasons for the lack of implementation of research results in organizational change process (Case study: Khorasan Razavi regional power company)
Rresearch activities are among the the most important activities in turbulent markets. Proper implementation and effective application of the research projects results in power industry, because of the importance of electricity as a strategic product, is of great value. This study tries to answer the fundamental question: "Why results of research projects completed in Khorasan Regional Power Company does not implement or if implemented, are not fully completed?". In order to find answer, a complete survey of all documents in the Electricity Company of Khorasan Razavi province was done. Then for obtaining more accurate results, 120 questionnaires distributed among all members of society. 57% of questioners was returned. The results showed that among all the various factors, Process factor is the main Barrier preventing the use of research results. With more accurate understanding of the barriers for implementing the research results and designing ways to surmount these obstacles, the likelihood of success in transforming the organization will be increased.
