Effect of Training Communicational Skill on Educational Pairs in Marvdasht City

This research is studying effect of training communicational skill of educational pairs of marvdasht city on 2011-2012. The plane of this research is semi-experimental of pre- test and post-test type with control group. Statistical society of this research is consists of 160. Educational pairs of marvdasht Education and questionnaire is filled by all persons in order to sample and after scoring, 40 pairs who gained the lowest score, are selected as the sample group in way of census. Then, 20 pairs are considered randomly as experimental group and 20 pairs as control group, measuring tool is questionnaire of marital satisfaction, (ENRICH). The results of this study are the same as Mahdavian (1997), Moradi (2000), Markman, et al., Akrodino & Gorni (1993), Markman (1991), Lang (1999), Moradi, et al. (2008), Yalsin (2007), Ring, Bloum & Markman (1992), Rounal & Derier (2004), Kelain & Estaford (2004) researches. In all of these research result indicate that training communicational skill had an impact on marital satisfaction. The Following results are obtained: Training communicational skills influence marital satisfaction, Effect of training communicational skills on Marital Satisfaction pairs is not influenced by length of marriage period and Training communicational skills on marital satisfaction of pairs isn’t influenced by age difference of pairs.
