Relationship Model of Information Flow and Organizational Communication Satisfaction Dimensions: (SEM)
The objective of this paper is to study a relationship model between information flow and organizational communication satisfaction dimension. To do so, questionnaires which their validity and reliability had been confirmed, were completed by respondents. Then the relationship model between mentioned constructs was tested by Lisrel 8.8 Software and a structural equation model. Findings show that the suggested model fits well. All paths in the suggested model were significant, so all of the research hypotheses about the positive effect of information flow on communication climate (p<0.01, =0.98), information flow on organizational perspective (p<0.01, =0.82) and information flow on media quality (p<0.01, =1.00) were supported. Therefore, the findings guide the managers to smooth information flow to utilize organizational communication satisfaction consequences.
