Domestic Investment Opportunities and Challenges

Several factors are contributing to the country's sustained growth. Among them we can mention the investment or efficient and productive. Therefore, optimal resource allocation is of particular importance in order to inject funds in to productive economic sectors and economic importance and adopts strategies based on continuous growth investments necessary through prioritizing investments in different economic sectors, including agriculture, industry, mines, oil, gas and services. So in order to create enormous changes in the macro economy and achievement of the Visions goals and the resistive economy, investment should be the subject of further consideration, conditions should be provide to increase the efficiency of investment. Therefore, in this paper, we will investigate the share of investment in different economic sectors such as GDP, value added and GDP resulting from different economic sectors during the first to fifth develop programs by the years 1368-1389. The present study is performed SWOT analysis method. This method examines the strengths and weaknesses in terms of internal factors and external factors in the form of threats and opportunities. The results by this method is indicate that in order to increase return on investment and improve its production capacities, should be modified macroeconomic policies channels, convert nonrenewable resources to renewable resources, Localization of new technologies of production, moving towards knowledge based economy and deployment of skilled labor force and gave a boom productive sectors of the economy including agriculture, mines and industry.
