Investigating and Analyzing the Impact of Successful Teaming Behaviors on Perceived Organizational Innovation (Case study: Isfahan Railway Headquarters)

When there is a need for different skills, experiences and expertise to achieve an aim, “teaming” will be formed in an organization, which consequently leads to innovation in organizations by generating new capabilities through combination of realities and different viewpoints. The purpose of research was to investigate and analyze the impact of behaviors of successful teaming on perceived organizational innovation by staffs in Isfahan Railway Headquarters. Based on research model, the impact of behaviors of successful teaming was analyzed and studied in five dimensions namely, speaking up, experimenting, reflecting, intently listening and integrating on perceived organizational innovation by persons. This survey is applied and descriptive in nature while questionnaire used as data collection tool. The population of study consisted of staffs in Isfahan Railway Headquarters equal to 538 personnels in which a sample of 224 selected by random sampling method. To test assumptions and the competency of the model, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) used. The findings show that there is only meaningful and positive relationship between “organizational innovation” and “integrating” amongst components of successful teaming.
