The role of information technology (IT) in logistics

Today, logistics operations around the world are used to reduce costs and deliver goods on time, as well as to improve quality and improve freight forwarding. This scope of use reflects the major share of logistics in the growth of the national economy. In general, logistics is a laborious and difficult process in which military and civilian organizations, businessmen, public and national institutions, and the public face many difficulties to carry out.
