Study of Social Capital in the Aged to define Their View about Age Pension (Case Study: Noor City)

This article's purpose is measuring social capital in Noor city's the aged and their views about age pension. Social capital is measured by 3 features: social trust, social integrity and social participation. Putnam theory, Durkheim practical theory is used in this research and the method is survey and questionnaire. Statistical population is consisted of 1746 aged people (up to 60 years old) in Noor city. Results show that there is an inverted relation between social trust, social integrity and social participation of the aged and their view about age pension. The view of the aged people in Noor city is negative about age pension.
