Study of Organizational Justice Effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Teachers

Abstract:
This article has attempted to study the relationship between perception of the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior through a structural model and by use of Amos software. The statistical population of present research is all the teachers of Kerman who are teaching in three sections of training such as elementary, guidance school and high school in academic year 2012-2013. The results of the research show that the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior is remarkable. Also the findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between variable dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice) and the components of organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, sportsmanship and civil virtue) and finally the relationship of procedural and interactional justice with organizational citizenship behavior is stronger than the relationship of distributive justice.
