Specifying the Relationship between the Teacher's Understanding of the Secondary School Goals and its Educational Efficacies (Case Study: Sanandaj High School Teachers)

Abstract:
Efficacy has recently been used as one of the most important indexes in assessing and analyzing both the operations of people and organizations. Investigating the educational efficacy and the factors affecting its raise and fall variations in education administrations has got a significant importance as the main basis of the society. The recent research has also focused on the so-called factors affecting educational efficacy and the relationship between the teachers` understanding of the secondary school goals and its educational efficacies. The theoretical and conceptual framework of the research is a modulation of the goal sampling approach, individual efficacy and Anderson`s theory of efficacy.The research statistic society includes all the teachers (1200 persons) working during the years 90 and 91. Applying the Cochran Formulation and stratified relative sampling, we have chosen 300 hundred teachers. The research finding indicates that the relationship between the teachers` understanding of the secondary school goals and its educational efficacies are meaningful. The findings of the research also show the teachers` educational efficacy to be average and low to some extent.
