Abstract:
The phenomenon of "new mysticisms" For over two decades entered to our country as a social problem and many experts noticed in this field. New Mysticisms are a category of ritual and spiritual currents that have the voice of truth-seeking in our country. The main goal of these new mysticisms is not necessarily closing and loving God but some secondary purposes, such as love, joy and peace. As a social scientist can be questioned that with regard to the cultural and religious history of Iran and with the Islamic and religious Government in Iran, what are the epistemic grounds for entering and expanding new mysticisms in Iran? This paper tries to survey the process of emerging mysticisms in Iran, and also try to analyze causes which are effective to the entering and spreading new mysticism in Iran. Our findings in this research indicate that innate thirst for spirituality, the lack of awareness about divert points of new mysticisms, and some Advertisements for needing no shariah in Coelho's works and also promoting cultural pluralism are some Epistemic grounds of entering and expanding new mysticisms in Iran.
