The view of a servant leader in the custom of Imam Reza in the supportive structure

In supportive structure need of leader is feeling as a necessity in the direction of certainty epistle pious. Kind of proportionate leader for this structure is servant leader. In this article in addition to pointing to westerner planning and introduction of servant leader compilations from the point of view of clear-sighted, proceeded to the view of Islam with getting from Islamic sources and texts and has presented servant compilation. The aim of this research, has been making clear servant leader specifications from the point of view of Islam, with emphasis on the custom of Imam Reza. The way of study in this research was descriptive-analytic and have pointed to the important compilation in Islamic view with searching in the Islamic texts and innocent Imam.
