A survey of the necessity creating a Newtown Aalishahr and its performance evaluation

This paper reviews necessity of creating a new town Aalishahr and its performance evaluation، in particular، And also to review the satisfaction level of households residing in the Newtown. This research has been descriptive - analytical and method of data collection the library studies، documents and questionnaire field surveys. Research findings، according to the evidence available، This indicates that there has not been necessity for the construction of a new town، Mainly affected the urban policies of the 60s، It has been adopted and implemented based on non-expert decisions. According to information obtained from the questionnaires، The low percentage of households residing in the new town Aalishahr are Overflow crowd of Bushehr. The main reason for their migration has been low rent and low cost of land and housing in the lower limit. Also، satisfaction households residing in the Newtown has been and they tend not to permanent residence in it.
