Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to design relationship model of emotional intelligence and leadership style of mangers and organizational commitment of personnel at Tehran municipality sport organization. جامعه آماري تحقيقStatistical population of this study included 1d189نفر كارشناسورزش و مدير sport experts and manager of theسازمان ورزش شهرداري تهران Sports Organization of Tehran Municipality. بود All به طور كل شمار براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند managers were selected as total number of research samples and on the basis of Morgan table، 108 persons were randomly selected of research samples. براي دست يابي به اهداف تحقيق از پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردي به منظور شناخت ويژگي To achieve the research goals Siberia Shrink questionnaireسبك رهبري چند عاملي رهبري of emotional intelligence، Bass and Olive براي تعيين سبك رهبري questionnaireسبك رهبري چند عاملي رهبري of multifactor leadership style of leadership (MLQ) MLQ، [3] and Allen& Meyer''s Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used to determine the organizational commitment. روايي هر دو پرسشنامه به تاييدValidity of three questionnaires15 was confirmed by 15نفر از experts and their reliability were studied 30in متخصصين رسيد و پايايي آنها در يك مطالعه مقدماتي بina preliminary study with 30 نفر آزمودني مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و پايايي آنها به ترتيب subjects of experts and calculated as 0. 87، 0. 74 و and 0. 84/084 محاسبه ش respectively. For data analysis the descriptive statistics andهاي آمار استنباطي از جمله inferential statistics methods، includingكلموگروف Kolmogorov– اسميرنوفSmirnov، t، Single sample T –استودنت تك نمstudentاي، تجزيه و تحليل واريانس يكطرفه، LSD، one-way analysis of variance، LSD، تحليل مسير و براي تعيين ارتباط علي بين متغيرها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاري، and path analysis were used and for determination of the causal relationship between variables the method of structural equations model by application of 18’s version of Amos graphics software and SPSS استفاده شد was used. Research findings. يافتهRes showed that managers of emotional intelligence has a significant relationship with managers of leadership style، managers of emotional intelligence has a significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment، managers of leadership style has a significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment، managers of emotional intelligence has an indirect significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment by moderating of leadership style. Also their relationship model has desirable goodness.
