A study of multi-relationships of staff′s beliefs about Workplace Spirituality Organization Happiness and conflict management styles in Education Organization in Khuzestan province

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research was to study the multiple relationship of staff′s beliefs workplace spirituality, happiness and conflict management styles. A correlation research method was used. The statistical population included (N=250) all employees of education organization in Khuzestan province. Using random sampling method about 120 staff were selected as study sample. The data gathering instrument were three questionnaire including Workplace Spirituality researcher made, Hills and Argyle(2002), Happiness and Mokhtarpour(2008) conflict management questionnaire. The relaibility of instrument using Alpha Crbachon coefficient were estimated (0/79, 0/84, 0/85). Findings showed that the spirituality was the most powerful predictor of the collaborative style of conflict management; spirituality was more powerful than happiness to predict conflict management styles; and in orderly the conflict management styles of reconciliation, tolerance, avoidance and dominate, were respectively predicted by Spirituality and happiness.
