Designing the Evaluating System of Training Effectiveness in Military Organizations Based on Organizational Excellence Model

In this research we selected European Foundation for quality model as basical model in system design, with the aim of design the evaluation system of effective ness trains in military organs. System designs ensure activities that were predicted and carried in four steps of feasibility, status guo, conceptual and documentation.The results show that they are special circumstances in the Kermanshah Province about smuggling.
