Survey About in Sequencing and Gen Registration the Study of Safety, Health and Environmental

Bio-technology and bio-information which are the basis of the cellule studies have a main role in studies related to its application in safety, health and environment which is providing a safe place for life and work. Another application is biological safety. Many investigations have been done on viruses and bacteria for biological infiltrating and refining the sewage, air and water as a broadly used method in HSE. In this research, succession of three Genes and a protein is studied. This succession is the result of two bacteria from GenBank: KM067453. 1)Azerus)، parahaemolyticus((GenBank KJ704113. 1 and a virus from Polyomavirus taxonomy recorded in global gene bank entitled as Gen-Bank: KM196555. 1 of Sewage taxonomy that finally the proteinlarge T antigen, partial [JC polyomavirus] with code Gen-Bank: AIT97264. 1has been registered. The results of this research would be significant to biological and bio information principals in safety, health, environment and improving the knowledge in this area.
